The line took about 20+ min, but I thought it was worth the wait (if you’re not in a rush). Didn’t get to try their breakfast flavor since it was sold out, but all the other flavors I tried were very good and the ice cream had a nice texture to it. I liked it more than salt & straw
Secret breakfast is a delicious choice. There’s almost always a line so budget time for it.
Long line. The service is slow. The ice cream is absolutely over rated. There are a lot of better choices close by. This is another famous place that is hiding behind a big name and the perfect location. Completely disappointed.

Ice-cream was very good, but my card was charged a higher price than the one I was told at the counter.. not sure if this is a things they do to tourists or a genuine error. unfortunately I only noticed a few hours laters, so there is nothing I can do about it.. I would advise to ask for a recipe after buying your ice-cream!
I understand having unusual options… but to be the only ice cream shop around now (over the moon closed) you should really consider providing traditional flavors (especially rocky road ;) ice cream has great flavor and texture, tourist pricing.
Make sure when you get in line look at the menu. The current flavors are all on the wall. They change and if you like, you can take some home. Just make sure you go straight home
Favorite I've spot in DTLA! Customer service is AMAZING. Not much seating available and finding parking in this area will definitely not be easy but well worth it. Their ice cream is amazing with a huge variety of flavors, some flavors are a little out there but that's what makes them so unique. Highly recommend!
Ice cream was really really good and the waffle cone ??. I loooved it! Will be back for the ice cream. The person at the counter asked us to put on masks to approach the counter even though masks are not required in the building…She will also give you a mask if you don’t have one. Highly recommended for the ice cream.
Stopped here on a walk to the Ferry Building and we got the Salted Caramel Cacao Nib - it was great. The cacao nibs give a great crunch and the ice cream itself was thick and creamy. Can’t wait to try the other flavours - they also had 2 vegan flavours on rotation!
