Food was overpriced, small portions (talking half a meal, if that), cups had gross white powder on multiple cups that looked like little micro plastics which is terrifying. Been to many Mediterranean places in the city and this was the worst falafel by far (from frozen maybe?). Couldn’t understand what the server was saying. Only gave 2 stars because the place was relatively nice and clean.
I’ve been here few times, always clean and nice place to have a meal. Food is really delicious. Recently they have updated their menu, and now they have more options ? I’m in love with Hummus Kitchen. Thank you guys❤️
Great gyro wraps, not the heavy pita based sandwich I'm used to. Generous helping of fries as side order. And great Turkish Efes pilsner served European temp.
I was kept waiting for my food for an hour. Despite my asking the server 2 times why my food hadn’t arrived and everyone else was getting fed, she didn’t investigate until my 3rd ask. They lost my order. Obviously! They brought the food in plastic take out despite my saying I was eating in. Didn’t offer to compensate my food or give me a credit. Worse yet my tummy was upset the rest of the day. It has to be the this meal as I had not eaten a thing prior. Really poor service and below average food.
I had the lamb & beef kebab wrap and it was great. Really big and the sauces were really good. Not too greasy and very fresh.
Great Greek Food in Broadway Area Of Polk Street San Francisco ?. Many great selections to choose from. Nice place to Dine in or take out. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone that enjoys Greek Food. So Yummy ? in allour Tummys. Hope you'll all give it a try, Even all the out of towner visitors. Very affordable ? ? ? ?
After a thorough list of ingredients was provided by the gentleman I assume is the owner, PN/TN allergic diner enjoyed his House Combo Plate. The other diner consumed two falafel wraps in 48 hours! We will dine here again if we ever return to San Francisco.
Their salads are great. Fresh ingredients, and great options for protein. I prefer the chicken kebob (it's delicious). You can't go wrong with the wild rocket salad or even just their Greek salad. They're both made to perfection. The Spanakopita is the best I've had. Even the gyros are good. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. I go back once or twice a week just for the salads.
Best felafel sandwich because it’s like a tightly folded burrito full of flavors - their tahini has a kick ; the server Kamila is the best : she found and held onto to my ten year old leather satchel that I accidentally behind .
We had :the combo meat platter 7/10: My point of comparison for Mediterranean style meats is Van Ness Cafe. The meats here simply weren't as good or consistent in flavor. The kofta was better than the rest though.the appetizer platter 10/10: everything was just fabulous, even the pita bread. Falafel blew me away with it's flavor and crispiness tooFries 8/10: good but not salted enough
