Super great vibes and our incredibly friendly server, John, made great suggestions of cocktails based off of our preferences. Very creative, lots of options, and not too busy when we were there on a Monday afternoon. Huge bonus that they are open earlier than most other bars in the area, which don't open until 5:00 p.m. Not being local, John also gave great recommendations for amazing spots we had to check out in the area - he guided us to a quick hiking trail off Cortland through this Jasmine plant that led to a secret pathway up to a looking point with basically 360° views of the entire city.
Dog friendly!!! Great place, definitely recommend checking out. Nice selection of beers, not too many IPAs. Cocktails also delectable. The religious + dog theme is awesome
Great bar. Far above average spirits list covering bourbon, rye, mezcal, cocktails, rotating beer list and more. Friendly and patient staff. Usually not overly busy, with seating available.

Great beers that rotate often, and good cocktails. They're even on the list of 50 best cocktails in the city. Even better, it's got a good ambiance at night, local friendly feel, and is near a few other good bernal spots. The only downside is the lack of food and the religious theme if you're against (or super into) religion I guess.
Had a great time on my recent visit, which was my first. The bourbon buck was delicious, I love the ambiance, the bartenders are super friendly and I love love love the fact that people bring their dogs. They don't have bar foods but from what I heard you can also bring your own snacks in. What a gem of a place.

Highly recommend the Gilda drink. Can't really go wrong with any of the cocktails here. Love the decor too
