We got the creamy vegan and miso ramen, they were good but we've had better, nothing extraordinary about the food worth coming back again. The vegan ramen hardly had any veggies, only had one slice of mushroom and fried kale. Even the tofu was sweet, well if I wanted sweet ramen I would've ordered the sweet one. The broth was also very mellow. And the restaurant has a tradition for beating the drum every time a new customer arrives, which was kinda annoying and interrupted so many of our conversations and dropped ramen while eating coz of the sudden banging noise. Or maybe try to get a table away from it or farther in the back. Please add some basic veggies to a ramen like bok choy or corn, etc.
My second time was just as delicious as my first. I brought my siblings here because I loved my previous experience so much.Spicy Edamame- Pretty good. ($5)Clam Chowder Croquette- Small, but tasty. ($7)Chicken Kaarage- Nice quality. Last time, I said I wished it was more flavorful. This time, my siblings mixed the matcha salt and lemon juice together and poured it over the chicken. It was definitely more flavorful! ($10)Hinodeya Ramen- Still as amazing as the first time I had it. Every single ingredient stood out and was just perfect. Just a heads up, my sister ordered this with level 1 spiciness, but it was too spicy for her. I didn't choose the spicy option because I can't handle that much spice. ($18 with shiitake mushroom)I highly recommend this place!
Really fun ramen shop, and the food was great. They have inside and outside seating, and staff is all friendly. The menu and ordering is entirely via QR code and app, which can take a second to navigate, but once figured out, it is great. Please note: it auto calculated tip at time of placing the order and offered the opportunity to confirm amount. Would go again.
We came here for a late lunch in Japantown. Service was friendly and the food came very quickly. The ramen was delicious! For the noodles, they have a wheat option but it was cool they also had spinach noodles.
I ordered a bowl of spicy ramen for lunch before watching “top gun”. Their ordering and servicing are fast, but the desk and plates seem not very clean. The ramen soup is good, pork are not warm, and noodle is fine.
This is place is located at the heart of Japan town. This is the second time I visited this place and it was really amazing. I love their creamy Ramen which I feel is the top vegan Ramen that they have. Highly recommended if you are vegan. I really doubt any other place makes as good vegan Ramen as they do.
One of the best ramen I’ve ever had . I had the classic ramen and it was just perfect. A broth full of flavor , the noodles with a great texture and the chashu was delicious. I highly recommend this place! A must go place for ramen lovers like me ?
When I first took a sip of the soup stock, I could taste a strong flavor similar to bonito. It was only at the beginning that I could feel the miso together with it, and after that, the spicy oil was more prominent and greasy.The noodles and other side dishes were very good!
Likes the option of ordering the ramen from the phone after scanning the QR code from the dining table. The house ramen has everything you need. No extra toppings necessary. Food came fast and hot.
The ramen and dessert were top-notch. Surprisingly quick service. You order off your phone. Pricing isn’t cheap but is definitely worth it.
