Hopia is the best and what their known for, but their management and operations practice is very sub-par. As a fellow Filipino American entrepreneur who owns several successful businesses, it saddens me to see how Hildas bake shop has cracks in the customer service aspect, frequent rising product rates, and constant product shortage. A lot of these issues can be addressed with proper business management knowledge. No disrespect but I wish these issued would be addressed to improve your business.
Their rice cakes are really authentic filipino rice cakes. No flour added. Old school prep.

So confusing the website says they are open , the answering machine says they are “closed today “.So went to the store they are closed , for real . Does that mean they are closed for good? I pass by there almost every day but store still closed. I would really miss their bakery. This is one of a very good Filipino bakery and maybe oldest too. It seems like they don’t even care about their patrons leaving negative feedback about them. I just loved their goods . I’m disappointed!

Their hopia is really good but they always ran out of it. Have to call way ahead of time. We aren't from SF so quite difficult to get some when ever time allows.
