Great food at very, very reasonable prices. Quiet enough to have a conversation even with a large group. Don't overlook this neighborhood gem!
Absolutely brilliant. Moved to SF from London where there's an abundance of fantastic Middle Eastern food. This place is really up there - authentic, fresh flavours, wide ranging menu catering to all tastes. A MUST for SF residents / visitors.
Tasty food in a very nice setting. There were a couple of big groups (10-15 people each) and still the noise was low enough to have conversations and service was good. The menu had a lot of options and the quality of the food was great. Light could be a bit dimmer and would give cozier ambiance.
One of the best restaurants in the area. The food is authentic and tasty.
Everything was very tasty. Decor was pleasant and staff were attentive and kind.
What a wonderful dinner experience we had here! We will definitely return whenever we’re in SF. From the sauces and bread to the soup to the dinner plates - all of it was delicious. And although we didn’t see wine on the online menu they gave a solid selection and the prices were great too. Great spot! Definitely recommend.
Explosive Christmas. I’m not sure if the salmon was undercooked but my stomach was not feeling it the next day. Also the food was pretty bland. Appetizers had too much oil and the entrees were bleh.
My husband and I are visiting San Francisco and we found this little place quite by accident. We found the perfect place to celebrate our first night and it was the best start to our vacation. The food was amazing! My mouth experienced a wonderful array of flavors. I would definitely recommend this place. (Loved the vegetarian choices)
We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of this place enroute to elsewhere and we're are even more glad we opted to stop by here on our way back. While finding parking might be the real issue to stop by here, the food and the hospitality more than makes up for it! The place appears really upscale yet the prices are definitely reasonable. We had ordered the Mantwo, a dish of lentils soup, minced meat and dumplings, as our appetizer followed by two kebab plates, Lawand and Theeka, as our Entrees. Both of them included juicy kebabs accompanied by ghee rice and sauteed veggies or saag (spinach). Oh and one is entitled to unlimited flatbread baskets as well! Can't recommend highly enough!
Dined here last night and the food here was absolutely delicious. I had the best lamb I’ve had in a very long time and the staff are extremely kind and generous. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
