This is so not my scene but Hard Rock always come up with the good.A extensive food and drinks menu means there is something for everyone.I had the bruschetta but the bread was quite dry and hard. And that’s the only downside of the whole evening. My partners pork sliders were amazing and a great portion size.The Margherita and Blackberry Sangria were soooo good.Disabled access is good. Dietaries catered for.Best of all, the staff were fabulous and nothing was too much problem.
A bit louder than expected and menu was limited . However family still enjoyed experience. Juan Carlos was an excellent waiter.
Horrible service , Hamburger was Cold,Raw on the inside, they used cheap sliced American cheese instead of real Cheddar. The waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time. My husband's nachos were stale and meat was hard and over cooked. After all that they had the nerve to attach EXTRA City fees and 16% Gratuity to my check. !!!! At the end of the day we spent $100 + dollars for some nachos & a steak dinner . I feel ripped off!!!!!!

Definitely recommend a reservation on the weekend - the crowd waiting was big. Joey and Keith provided excellent service from start to finish; good food as always and a nice seat at the window looking out at the people on Fishermanâs Wharf was fun.
Had a bit of a glitch but after that everything was fantastic
Waited about 15 mins to be seated even with reservation. Food didnât come until like 50mins. Will not eat here again.
Great food and atmosphere. There was a bit of a wait to get our food out to us and they even forgot to add our side dish, we had to order it again and by the time it came out we were done eating. It was a bit loud in there because of the music and customers.
Food was really good. Restaurant was cold, we ate at 9 pm. Had issues with the bill as the tip of 20% is added automatically and is none negotiable. Plus there is another tax on top of normal tax. Wouldnât have eaten here if that had been made clear.
I was incredibly happy to be able to make a reservation online! It made our trip to Pier 39 so much easier! Amazing food, drinks and service!
