Great quality meats and vegetables. Doesn’t have a sauce bar, instead you have to pay for sauce individually. It will be a bit pricier than all you can eat options if you like to eat a lot of meat, but if you enjoy eating a variety of food it will be about the same.
Overall the selection is good and the food is good. My primary issue is the spicy soup base isn't spicy even after asking to add more spice. The bill came out to ~$35/person

Super hungry, so we ordered super everything. A lot of different kinds of meats and veggies and it was all good! 2 types of soup, spicy and regular, everything was fresh and tender after cooking. Great experience. Since this is a chain, we wouldn’t expect anything less than all the others Happy Lambs we’ve been to.
Highly recommend this place, though not during COVID times. They are super lacking in staff. Like, honestly, I have no idea what the owner is thinking. It's on a weekend, there was an event in town, many people are around, yet they only have 2 people running around. Most of the time, these 2 people spent time in the back kitchen to take out food to the table and taking orders.I placed an online order for pick up the day before, and it even got cancelled due to lack of staff (I suspect). So, had to come there and place a pickup order ourselves.If they have more staff, this is the place to go. Their soup is bomb. Really flavourful.

Went there with friends around 4:30p, service was excellent as they noted. Soup and water was topped out without needing to ask. Also one of my friends had a phone where her battery died and she couldn’t pull out her vaccine certification, staff were patient in waiting for her to find ways to show certification, and also firm in enforcing covid protocols and showing proof of vaccination.Non spicy options available, tong o was tasty as well as kurobuta. Broth tasted good too! (We had one with wolfberry in it, cannot remember which one) we were happy at happy lamb!
My All time favorite hotpot place. Delicious every time. Those who like sauces with their hot pot are wrong because the broth is so flavorful that happy lamb is the best

Read great reviews of this place online and it did not disappoint. Wow, really great food and fun experience!! We got the spicy hot pot, lamb and beef, veggies, mushrooms, noodles. All the flavors came together so well. We absolutely LOVED eating here and will go again before we leave. Highly recommend!
