I used to love this club. It was my go to. The music was amazing, the drinks wee amazing, and the staff was adorable. I just came here after a few months of cautiousness due to Covid and the bouncers were absolute thugs. They had no respect for anyone. They told us to pee on the street despite coming from the club hosted boat party where we payed >$500 hundred of dollars on So Incredibly disappointed. I used to love this place. But the door has ruined it.
Always filled with respectful staff and a nice crowd. Sounds system is also decent.
Halcyon got a new bartender this past Saturday night. She wanted 5 bucks to for a club soda….only time in my life someone wanted to charge me for club soda. The other bartenders working that night didn’t charge me so tell me she isn’t pocketing that 5 bucks.Otherwise the club books excellent talent.

Great venue except the fog machine going off every 5 mins. Love the visuals and lights, also couldn’t see them very well because of all the fog. Pretty much the whole experience was great except the fog, it was just overkill. There are other reviews on here about pick pocketing being an issue here. I can totally see how easy they make it with the fog machine. Coughed for a solid bit after leaving. So overall great experience except maybe less fog and more cowbell.
The worst staff in SF. When my friend couldn’t access her tickets thru the app & told the woman at the ticket counter, her response was a smirk & “Um & what am I supposed to do about it?“ & cut off my friend explaining her issue before saying “I’m going to save you this entire sob story by just looking up your name, which I don’t normally do” as if she was doing us a favor by doing her job. She was clearly power tripping & enjoying getting us to beg her to help us. An incredibly toxic person, as other reviewers have noted.The venue itself is OK but could use a water dispenser and LED screens for visuals. Out of all the venues I’ve been to here, this one is the most lackluster. I’m never going back. Not worth dealing with unhinged staff members.

Halcyon, I hope you wake up and understand, before it gets really out of hand with the way things are handled at the door. You need a sober reliable person at the door dealing with guests, not aggressive manics.
A pick pocket heaven! Beware, within an hour of dancing in this club my iphone was stolen out of my purse. As the reviewer below noted, pick pocketing is rampant here.
Awesome dance club showcasing DJ’s from around the world. Door staff are friendly and efficient. Apple Pay accepted at the bar making it easy and secure. Bar staff are also friendly and efficient. No longer a Dolby Atmos club but still a great sound. DJ’s listed on the website typically have a SoundCloud page so you can check them out to determine if you want to catch their set.
