I need a cake to host a party. In support of local and women's business, I tried Grand Opening. The store gave me the wrong size. I understand small biz has lots of challenges especially in bay area. But I wish the store could be more thoughtful about the remedy of the mistakes rather than simply asking me to go back and exchange.
