It used to be the best ice cream of San Francisco, we went a few times and we usually order pints at home. The ice cream was amazing, like in Italy! But today, it was disappointing. The ice cream did not have the same taste: the pistachio was not eatable (very liquid even in the counter and not sweet at all) and the toasted almonds tastes the artificial flavor (vs before real toasted almonds)… so I asked and they changed the chef. We miss the old recipes!!

Super friendly service! We stopped by after having lunch next door and were impressed by the toasted almond flavor. The chocolate gelato was incredibly decadent and rich, and our third choice of the vanilla orange flavor was fairly sweet but exactly what you would expect from the flavor combination.This was a great choice for an after-meal dessert!
Hands down the BEST Italian ice cream in the whole Bay Area! The texture and flavors are just top notch. They deliver to certain cities outside of SF so be sure to check dates on their website.
Extremely good gelato with great flavor, wonderful smooth texture with a good collection of 20 flavors (8 vegan), free sampling, good portions and decent prices. They have both indoor and outdoor seating ( and plant based degradable spoons)We had the capriccio (hazelnut chocolate) and vegan dark chocolate (both exceptional and favorites), milk & figs and vanilla orange (both quite interesting flavors) and the raspberry sorbet (top seller) and kiwi sorbet (first time and it is okay).
。Pistachio 。Milk & figs 。Passion fruit sober I love them all, this is the best gelato in San Francisco. I would love to go there again.
Cute space to sit at with gelato on a sunny day!Had the chocolate-banana & spouse got kiwi + coconut. The pistachio looked popular, which is a good sign, I was taught. :)(I am also super happy that I got to easily have a sample of the strawberry gelato; if I had the stomach space for three flavors, I would have done it! Staff were super friendly.)It was super tasty and an easy vibe. I'm excited for a chance to go again.
Very trendy ice cream parlor, originated in Oregon, another one in Seattle, and another one is downtown Disney. Ice cream is really good, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I got the almond brittle with salted ganache on a brownie.
Ok! Hands down favorite ice-cream. The salted caramel ice team is to die for!!! OMG. I'm from the OC and the only other location they have is inside Disney so let's just say this ice-cream is worth the drive to SF lol
Finally found un vero gelato italiano in San Francisco! Taste and texture are authentic, pistachio is delicious.The price is not Italian... peccato...
