Pick up was smooth and ready within 10 minutes of ordering. I liked the tonkatsu and the takoyaki. I was not a fan of the omi curry for either the omelet or the curry. Udon was okay and clean feeling. Karage was decent
I ordered on site & picked up the Japanese hot dog and mini tan tan donburi. I live Less than 5 minutes away and the food was tepid when I got home. Delivery would have been cold. The hot dog was an intriguing idea but, I didn’t like bonito flakes & mayo on a hot dog. The mini tan tan had good seasoning & they got the egg right. That item is something I’d buy again if I thought it would be hot.

(or would you say... express)(+) Love the packaging and secure bag.( ) Karaage - not too crispy but still juicy and tender on the inside. I do wish maybe some sort of dipping sauce was provided.(+) Baked katsu curry don - how unique and lovely. The cheese adds so much. Tonkatsu obviously not too crunchy since it's soaked and baked in sauce and has cheese on top. But very good meal!(+) Mini spicy tantan don - you know.. even though it's mini, it's still a good-sized portion! Really flavorful, love the spice.(+) Unagyu Don - It took me a second to get the pun, but I love it. I think the beef was missing something, it was a little bland and maybe could have been marinated more. But the unagi was good, and I really enjoyed everything overall.( ) Kitsune Udon - very soothing broth, yummy inari and fish cake. Very classic udon. Next time I want to try the Creamy Mentaiko Udon(+) We also ordered 2 pieces of the Jumbo Ebi Tempura. At first I thought it was on the pricier side at $4.50 each, but they're soooo worth it. Love how they breaded it, really big prawn pieces (they really are jumbo)Will definitely make this a regular if I'm craving comfort don or udon.
This place was SOOO good. I ordered their food through Ubereats for delivery. I got the Gyudon bowl, and it was so friggin delicious. Really juicy meat and flavorful, the egg was a really nice touch too. I highly highly recommend this place for Don bowls.

I liked Gyudon at Ginto Express. The soup is little bit sweet and it's as the same quality as I eat in Japan.
Super weird setup, this is really best suited for delivery. It’s pretty loud, ugly and chaotic inside, and when paired with a lousy location it makes it almost not worth the trip. Just to boot, it took over half an hour for an order of two items.The food is fine, most if not all drinks and desserts are packaged so don’t expect anything fresh on that front. We got the spicy tantan udon and takoyaki. The udon was really unimpressive - broth and pork were bland and the egg was a bit overpowering.The takoyaki was incredible though! I absolutely cannot understate how good it was, if you bother coming here pick some up. It seems like the curry is the way to go, so I’ll probably opt for that next go around.
Food was fabulous. Pick up was slightly disappointing. Arrived when eta was for food. They told me it wasn't ready. Gentleman went on break. Different person covered the desk. 15 mins later a new cart of food was brought in. I went up to check on my order. It was on the rack the entire time I was waiting. The jiggle on the egg was phenomenal.
