This is another cafe where you can dine in or take out the dessert. When you walked to the rear ended of the restaurants, there are complimentary water bar on the left. And the rear area you will get to see chocolate hot fudge machines mixer and waffles cone maker section. Very interesting to pay a visit. The restaurant also has a strong cocoa aroma. Good for chocolate lovers to taste the world famous handmade fudge desserts ?

Always worth the wait which you will do any weekend day for the best ice cream sundae this side of the Atlantic. Walk on pass if you are calorie conscious. Hot Chocolate fudge poured over just about everything on the menu. Car Parking within the square and plenty to see and buy to remind you of this famous chocolate factory. Charlie would be in his element.

Must visit place in San Francisco. Always a queue to get in but it moves fast. Order any of their Sundaes but the portion sizes are quite big. You could sit in the park across the street and enjoy the ice cream with the view of the Bay and the Golden Gate bridge.

The sundae was delicious. The lady making our sundaes I don't think was having a good day. Actually they all seemed like they were unhappy. But besides that it was a nice little stop. Not what I expected but still nice.

Very nice place to visit. We visited one of the locations each night we were in the area. The service is good. The views are nice. The ice cream is excellent. The environment is relaxing.

There is a line, but only because it is so good!Smaller place, so no room inside for sitting. Sectioned off space outside for sitting, plus some large concrete steps that most people used. View of the Bridge and Bay. Plus there is a really large grassy green space to put out a blanket if you wish.Treats were great! Service was fast, friendly and helpful.

Their hot chocolate made with ghirardelli Carmel and whipped cream was a great treat on our Christmas vacation. Definitely worth a stop

I had their world famous chocolate fudge sundae and it was otherworldly. I just loved it. You have to try it once in your life. And the place itself is beautiful. As you can see, I have posted photos of nearby places too. But due to covid, their historical machine which shows how ice cream is made was closed. Still, it was a great experience.

One of my fondest moments growing up was watching the chocolate churn while waiting for the ice cream to come out. Pretty damn heart broken about the fact that they no longer have Cookie Bottom Sundae. I may need to bring my own cookie next time - shhhhhhhh!
