I ordered a beef lomo saltado and when food arrived it was swimming on a red salsa just like the picture. Never seen and ate a lomo saltado with red salsa. Food was spicy however when double check the menu no indication in any plate of which plate is spicy and which are not. Waitress was very generous and exchange it for another plate. New plate wasn't spicy but it wasn't Lomo saltado either. I wish I would have known I was getting something similar and not lomo saltado. Also, plate was the same I had it first, you can see how it was cleaned around the edges. Food was obviously reheated and not fresh. The waitress was really nice and so I tipped her well because she did all she could do. You are better off eating somewhere else.
I don't know why they haven't replaced their food containers for eco friendly ones they still use styrofoam containers which are not good for the environment and they take like 300 million years to decompose .If its a law in the state of California since many years ago..
Good Mexican food at reasonable prices, comfortable outside dining at a quiet intersection!
Walked in and was seated right away, waitress was very nice but she was busy couldn't tend to us as much. I had the albondiga sopa oh my God delicious!! My aunt had her favorite Chile Relleno and we both left satisfied.
Had the french toast (yes I know that's a weird thing to order at a Mexican restaurant but the other breakfast options were too big). They were actually pretty good and hit the spot.Cash only though (had to use their atm).
Best Mexican food in San Francisco! Staff is super friendly. We had chilaquiles, huevos divorciados, and we also got to try birria (only served on the weekend) quesadillas. Highly recommend all of these items. Usually when you visit a Mexican restaurant and they serve you rice on the side it's whatever, but here it's so good. Just keep in mind to bring cash cause they don't take card.
Great to try as brunch. My sister and and I had America and Madam, and hash brown. They taste great, but potato was really cold and dry. I liked the Vaccino coffee, it was good too!Street parking and outdoor seating available at the moment.
Excellent experience in all ways. I came for breakfast with a group of three, and between us we ordered pozole, a milanesa torta, and a burrito. Everything was delicious, fresh, and authentic. I look forward to coming back next time I am in SF.
Make sure to try the soup! And the service was l incredibly warm and pleasant
First thing I noticed was the lack of peas and carrots in the rice. Is this heaven, because that's what I think Mexican rice would be like there.I ordered the combo with cheese enchilada and carnitas taco dorado. Everything tasted amazing! Even the house salsa had a nice spice to it. I will definitely be back!
