Excellent food and service. One member of our group has dinned at Franco's on other occasions and mentioned that the quality of the prepared food is consistent flavorful and well presented.
Aji de gallina wasn't what we expected and won't recommend or order it again but everything else was amazing! Couple cocktails, causa sampler [fav is chx], Caesar, plantain chips & fish tacos deff hit the spot. Will be back
Had a great lunch today with the tuna ceviche, seafood stew, plantains and kale salad. Very attentive service. We have also been here for dinner and look forward to returning!
Order take out often, food stays hot and the portions are sizeable. They have really good seafood options

First visit to Franco's was a quick stop on the way to a comedy show. Overall a good experience, though nothing exceptional.I had the classic Lomo Saltado, which was perfectly fine, but didn't stand out. The steak could have been a bit more tender and rare, and the french fries were lackluster. I'd say 3 stars for the dish.But service was relatively quick and friendly, so giving the benefit of the doubt and rounding up for Covid to 4 stars.I'd happily come back if I'm in the neighborhood, but wouldn't make a trip for it.
Went during happy hour and Yes, we became very happy. Excellent calamari, raw oysters, empanadas, and good selection of beers. The staff was friendly and helpful.....I miss living in S.F.....
