While the food was good, the service was sub-par. Felt like the whole "cinema" aspect was an excuse to serve overpriced food with poor service

Well this is a perfect storm .. great staff welcoming and knowledgeable ! Perfect space clean good distancing well designed .. great food certainly featuring the best of California produce ., very inventive delicious food beautifully presented . Thanks Foreign Cinema for perfection
We served ourselves water, we had to call over waiter several times, we weren't able to get the pop tart at the end of the meal; BUT still love foreign cinema brunch and cocktails.
We love Foreign Cinema! We brought friends from out of town who loved the food and charm of the restaurant. It is a dreamy little space to eat in the city. I've been here for brunch, lunch and dinner and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and on point! Excellent service! If you haven't been to this gem, make your reservations now, for great food, beautiful atmosphere and can be a romantic date place as well. I've even been to a gorgeous wedding here!
Like always.....The food and service is top tier....Always. One of our favorite places to eat. btw - The PORK CHOP is the best by far with the beans. IT was delicious!!!!
What a great place for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Also a great place for a date night or even a night out with friends. The service, the drinks and the food were all amazing! We will definitely return.
We celebrated our anniversary. The host greeted us with anniversary wishes. There was an anniversary card on the table for us. All the wait staff wished us a happy anniversary, and there was a happy anniversary wish on paper that accompanied our dessert. The service and the food was fantastic. This restaurant and ALL its staff made us feel special. Canât wait to go back and try more items from the menu.
