It was so good! Usually my reviews have a picture attached to underline what I mean, but it was so good I ate it all before it even occurred to me. Had a piece of the blackberry pie and a cup of strawberry crumble, with coffee. All around great!
I came in 10 minutes before 8, they told me they open at 8. I said "totally, I just wanted to buy a chocolatine, would that be ok?" and a lady in the back fixed me with this Smile that looked like she wanted to chop me up and bake me into a morning bun and said "we. Open. At. Eight."That said I did come back at 8 and ordered a chocolatine and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and boundaries are important, so 5 stars. The morning buns are delicious btw
The cakes and fruity pastries and the goat cheese tomato danish are 5/5 but the butter croissant and ham and cheese croissant are lacking, not as sweet and buttery and flaky as one hopes.
I just bought a quiche lorraine and croissants for Mother’s Day brunch and it was all amazing! Fresh and delicious. I also ordered a cake for my daughter’s confirmation day and Elena made sure to make extra special with eatable glitter all sprinkle, so beautiful. Thank you so much. Lovely place for breakfast.
My husband and I love this place for an end of week or weekend morning. Not so keen on croissants or pastries but Princess cake is excellent! I also love a good old quiche.
Amazing pastries, served with a smile. The classics are done well, but try something unusual: you won't regret it! The goat cheese and tomato jam danish is amazing!
From their beginning on Fillmore, to this day, their quality goods has never disappointed. Great pastries great staff, wonderful owners.

Fine traditional bakery. Love the pastry, pies, candy, and coffee. Their cakes - especially the princess - are an integral part of our family celebrations.
