Food tasted good, but the staff or the server were disappointing and somewhat rude for our experience.Myy experience is from last year. I had received a square gift card from a friend for this restaurant and i heard of great reviews about this place. We had ordered for tom yum soup, the famous fried chicken dish and a vegetarian curry with blue rice. The soup and veg curry tasted great. The cocktail that i had ordered also smelt and tasted great but the fried chicken was almost tasteless. I felt the fried chicken was a turn off for me.The worst part is when we requested the staff to exclude 2 veggie from the vegetarian dish they started being rude. Quite weird. Before going to this place i had even called up asking if they accept the coupon and they said yes. And the other 2 branches ie in menlo park and oakland they refused on call. In the end while paying when we gave them the coupon they started denying that they won't accept it without citing any reason. The server, at point , even started lying for some reason and said that they have 9 branches in bay area when i said that the other 2 branches said SF one takes the gift cards. After an argument for some time they agreed in the end and used the coupon to charge for the dinner. This Experience left a bitter after taste for us and we didn't return again to this restaurant.

Amazing food. Everything is super deliy, looked like art. The service was great. Drinks were very unique and delicious. Great experience overall.

Over-priced Thai food. Pad Kee mao with fried egg/vegetarian meat was almost $30 and even that much food. And the blue/purple? rice was over $5!?! Tomyum soup had a pretty good amount and good flavor for vegetarian options. Compared to how much we paid, the presentation wasn't that impressive either. The service was pretty fast and good though! I don't know the inside(everyone said it's beautiful) because we ate in the tent outside. I don't think I would go back.

Great menu options but missing the soul of authentic Thai flavor. Went to the west coast hoping for better Thai as usual but was a bit disappointed in the flavor and higher price. Hard to park and seems to always be pretty busy. Maybe another branch is better. I was talking about how good papaya salad can be and was confident this one will blow my mind only disappointing my crew. One dish was better but I don't know what it was that tasted good as it was a variety of seafood.

Not many vegetarian options. Of the options we had, it wasn't spicy enough. And the sauce they had was the sambal sauce. Bit disappointed with the options. However the green curry, stir fry and the noodles were good. The service is also very good here. The decor was all over the place with instagrammable wall flower background with ring lights and gold colored chandeliers. I liked the wall with taps - that was a bit interesting.

This Mission Thai restaurant serves up inventive dishes beyond just the standard curries and wok-fried noodles. With a glamorous interior and a higher-than-average pricing, lunch or dinner here seems more attune to a special occasion.Still, the taste is spot on: the tom yum soup full in flavor, touching on all 4 ends of the tongue.

I’ve had many great farmhouse Thai experiences, and this one was no different. Delicious fried chicken and beef noodle soup. The decor on the interior is funky, and now they have a large outdoor parklet. The staff has a fun traditions for birthdays, bringing out a big desert and singing. It’s not a cheap meal, but it’s delicious and filling. Went here with a group of 6 girl friends.

If you like to go a beautiful place with lots of decorations to take pictures it is the place. Plates and food presentation is really good and photo worthy but about foods, it is good but not very good. I can’t tell the food taste will get more than 3 stars but still good.

Easy to get weekend reservations, so my friends and I opted to go here. Outdoor and indoor seating, relatively prompt service, and overall, pretty tasty food, but it was all slightly too oily and salty. My favorite thing was actually the coconut cream latte--that was surprisingly delicious! I could've had three of those!

We ordered delivery whilst visiting San Fran and have never been so disappointed with a meal. The food tasted of nothing (almost impossible in Thai cuisine). Overpriced, bland, sad experience. And no response from the restaurant when complaining. Avoid.
