Bakery is good. Bad customer service. When I ordered my bakery, the lady got no patience. She sounded angry and mean. I like to buy bakery from this place especially the cake. I knew how busy it can get. I was there during even busier time. But today the service from the lady was the worst ever. When I asked if everything I ordered already in the bag, her answer made me feel that I asked a very stupid question. At that moment, I really didn’t want to go back to shop there any more.
I used to come here all the time but my recent visit was just terrible. I didn’t see the cash only sign and it was clear that the person at the register was annoyed that I only had card. I asked if I could come back twice and she ignored me both times. So I just left to get some cash while thinking maybe she didn’t hear me. I came back ordered my things and I noticed that she didn’t get something I asked for. I asked for a mango crepe cake and at the time I didn’t know that she actually got me the strawberry mango mousse which I didn’t ask for yet. Then I asked for the strawberry mango mousse which she ignored then when I asked again, she said she put it in the bag. I came home and realized that she never gave me my mango crepe cake and assumed I asked for the strawberry mango mousse. I know it’s on me for not seeing the sign but I definitely did not need to be treated like that either. Their customer service was never that good but this is by far the worst experience I had there.

Friendly cashiers and reasonable prices
Very average Chinese American bakery. Nothing I tried was very good. Everything was very bready with too little filling. The BBQ pork buns were especially gloopy and meh. Not sure why this place has such good reviews.
