Pretty good vegetarian food. Service is ok, they didn't have chow mein so they replaced with rice noodle. The deep fried pumpkin was pretty good. The one dishes did not have enough taste.
So far have had general TSO’s chicken and the lamb pumpkin taro in satay sauce. Think vegan I like vegan stir fry better than tradition. Faux meat here better than the real deal.
What a cute place! We were visiting this quiet neighborhood and got hungry. We didn't want to face all the potential crowds in downtown SF (or COVID-19). We found this place on Google Maps. I thought it was a weird spot for a veggie restaurant, but gave it a go anyway. So happy we did! The mock beef green beans and twice cooked "pork" were wonderful dishes. We also had the mock chicken nuggets as an appetizer (we're big eaters) and really enjoyed those too. Spicy level could be taken up a notch, but otherwise, it was a really nice, unexpected experience. The gal who served us was super nice and the food came quick and hot. I hope they survive the lock-down, they super-deserve your patronage!
The kung pao chicken is pretty tasty though it could have used a little more mock chicken. The braised ribs are ok, flavorful but the texture was a bit odd and it had the usual aftertaste of mock meat. Also they kindly gave us delicious warm sesame doughnut holes filled with red bean paste for free. We got takeout based on other reviews mentioning bad service
Haven’t been in awhile and not my favorite but mother in law like vegetarian so came here for a few dishes. Overall decent flavors and nice mock meat texture just a bit pricey average $20 a dish for smaller than average sizes.
Incredible vegan/vegetarian food. The faux-meat dishes are unreal! So tasty! My only gripe is that the food is pretty expensive. Menu prices online are no longer accurate. Nonetheless, this is a really good spot for delicious Chinese food.
We love this place! We went to both locations and had excellent experiences and meals! It’s hard to find a Chinese vegetarian place that makes such delicious food. We enjoyed the orange chicken, combination platter, braised spareribs with daikon radish, veggie duck, and Dan Dan noodles were ALL notable. We’d eat here all the time if we lived here! Also, excellent customer service at both locations! ??
We ordered this as "Vegan Deadly Sins" on DoorDash- very good food, we would do it again!We liked the complimentary sesame balls, hot & sour soup, great PUNS on the menu- the tofu rolls were only okay.
Paradise for vegetarians for enjoying Chinese food, entire menu is vegan. Must visit place, very tasty delicious food and quick service! "Beyond" or "Fake" meat is very well cooked and tasty!
