Really really good beef tacos! A specialty beef (Birria) Mexican food truck. So per typical food truck the menu changes pretty frequently, so I got the combo for about $18. It comes with 1 soft taco, 1 crispy taco, a mulita (quesadilla) and a cup of consume. Now add a drink, tax and tip it’s an easy $25 lunch. Now that being said the soft tacos are delicious and totally worth it. The crispy taco and mulita added cheese which I feel took away from the beef, that’s just me tho. The consume is real good as to be expected. A cup of that in the morning after a long night will do wonders. I know it’s San Francisco but $25 lunch at a food truck is a bit steep. Worth it, yes.

I can't describe the taste of this quesa birrias. Definitely, we were amused with the flavor. I can just eat this every day. I highly recommend you go and try them out. You won't be disappointed. Me, I give to El Fuego a 10 from 1 to 10. Due to the enjoyment of eating the quesa birrias, I couldn't take pictures.
There are few things better than unexpected tacos from El Fuego.I showed up at Barebottle to watch some football and got the best surprise- El Fuego was in front. In case you didn't know, they make the BEST quesabirria tacos. I was there with two friends, one never had birria prior. Instant convert. 本格的なタコスのフードトラック?ウーバイーツで注文。タコスとブリートの具の牛肉が味が染み込み柔らかくて美味しかったです。特にコンボデラックスについてくるコンソメスープにタコスを浸して食べると絶品。日本人の方の胃袋であれば、タコス２つで十分お腹いっぱいになる量です。ただしタコス２つのみで注文するとコンソメは別料金$6です。近くに立ち寄ったら是非デリバリーだけでなくフードトラックでも食べてみたい。

The food here is amazing. Found out about this place because I was going to Laughing Monk Brewery (also very good), and the food truck was at the brewery. Got the birria in a few different forms and fish tacos. All of it was fantastic. Amazing food and very nice people running it.
Had the opportunity to El Fuego at Spark Social yesterday. So glad they were there, hands down best quesabirria tacos I've ever had. Literally bursting with so much flavor and they dont skimp you out on the meat. I LOVED the consommé! I did not wanna waste a single drip of it. Each quesabirria was $4 each and they were the perfect size. My boyfriend also tried their mulitas, and he enjoyed that too. Next time were going to try their burritos!
