the atmosphere of this place is amazing. a perfect brunch spot. staff was so friendly and fast. recommend the tri-tip burrito!
The service, customer service and care is amazing. Really genuine. But the breakfast was ok. Pancakes and waffles didn't have much taste and were a bit dry. The breakfast potatoes were also cold and chewy. But I would go and give it a chance again.

Just came last week for breakfast. At first, it seems like a regular American breakfast place, but it’s not. Everything is so well executed. My potatoes were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Omelette had perfect proportions and flavor.
Everything we tried was great! Acai bowl, waffle, and spicy tomatoe skillet all fantastic! Will return and bring guests.Berry waffles are so good!

Incredible breakfast spot. Order at the window and take it to go or stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Great outdoor seating and one of the best bloody marrys I have ever had.
Not sure what recent complaints are about - everything was AMAZING! We order waffles with berries, veggie breakfast sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, huevos rancheros, and the lox bennie. Everything tasted delectable, fresh, and having friendly staff made our outing even more delightful. This is probably the best kept (open) secret of Clement Streey.
Honestly, Eats has fallen off and is no where near their former glory. The food has severely decreased in quality; meals feel lackluster and incomplete, and the food frequently comes out cold and flavorless, yet the prices have remained high. Not to mention you have to stand up and make every order at the counter, even for water.I used to love Eats but I am going to stop eating here, at least until they improve their quality.
I am not sure what happened to this place since covid. It used to be fantastic and now.... not so much. Ordering at the window is as impersonal as a fastfood drive through. But I think the speaker at the drive thru has more personality than the host/server/order taker here. My food came out before my mimosa and was so bland I didn't have enough salt or pepper or hot sauce on the table to help make it any more palatable. I understand covid has changed a LOT and staffing is a problem especially at places that lack strong leaders in managers/owners. I wish them luck and hope it was just a one off.
