Great food. Fresh and hot dumplings! So good. Beautiful atmosphere. Very friendly staff!

Not so great.... the food was good, but their lack of authenticity just makes it another tourist trap. Rather search next time for the whole-in-the-wall Mom & Pop Dim Sum Spot

Great food, low key cafeteria style atmosphere, and delicious food! It was our first dim sum experience and it was a great one. The food literally came from the chef directly to our table - some of it too hot to eat immediately. We had the cashier pick out our order and she did a great job - a plate of Mongolian beef, and I think 5 orders of various dumplings. Its literally on the corner of China Town so we walked down the street a little ways and found some Chinese candy for dessert.

Wonderful! It was a little slow on the service during a quiet time, but otherwise I recommend checking them out.I got the Jasmine Green Milk Tea (it was awesome!), Peking dumplings, BBQ Pork Sticky buns and special rice.

So Deb and I got stranded in San Francisco yesterday (06-07-2022) on our way to Taiwan. Apparently the website has not been updated with the new requirements for entry concerning COVID testing (they now only accept RT-PRC no matter what the TECO and website say)! So we now have to wait till tomorrow to test AGAIN (another 500.00) and pay for hotel stays … enough of my rant !!!!! FOOD…. This little hole in the wall restaurant is phenomenal! Small bites of your favorite dim sum foods prepared to order and incredibly tasty. Be prepared to be surprised! I’m pretty sure it’s family owned and operated, Don’t let the outside fool you, as much of “China Town” here in San Francisco has been sadly I’ll maintained the restaurant itself was clean and neat. Deb says to try the sticky rice and to be honest I had the best xiao long bao since Taiwan !!! Deb and Norm say give it a try!!!

Food was low quality and over priced as well as service was minimum. Some stuff on the menu they didn't have. Only water and soft drinks and milk tea. But nothing els. Food came out on paper plates when they clearly had bamboo steamers. Rice looked and tasted like a boil bag or frozen food. The experience is part of the food and didt have anything like that. Milk tea was like drinking coffee creamer. O get people trying to bounce back from covid but put more effort into it. The photos online are from two years ago and it shows. Hope they get to where they were at.

Food was ok but there's plenty of better places around chinatown. Incredibly overpriced - 30 dollars for 4 tiny trays of dumplings. Not filling at all, more of a snack than actual lunch. Lackluster experience overall.

Walk right by. Its a fast casual restaurant but the food is not good and the pricing certainly isn't in line with the food. Dim Sum tastes frozen and even the rice was poor.

In most Chinese restaurants, dim sums are usually served in 3s as per item but this place, an order comes in 3 different varities for those who wish to sample more. However, the counter on my day of visit ( Feb 2), the counter was manned by a less helpful staff. Only visited once as other days when I passed by it was either closed for the day or it has a later operation hours depsite passing by almost noon closed to 1pm on many other days

Very disappointing food quality. They did have a bathroom and the staff was friendly. Great location. Cute outdoor seating.
