I ordered from here because I felt like trying something different and was disappointed. The pork ribs were both overcooked and undercooked. The seasoning or rub that they put on them tasted odd and the burnt taste over powdered any flavor. I had the option of selecting a bread and decided to get the Texas toast (bread rolls are hard and stale). This was nothing more than a smashed slice of toasted white bread. I won’t be going back here anytime soon.
It was a ghost pop up and they say that they were in San Francisco for a month-and-a-half. The food was okay but it was a disappointment that they weren't offering sit-down service. We would probably try it again on delivery.
It was really good. Loved the steak and eggs and fruit crepes... Staff was really friendly. Felt like home. If ever in North shore make sure u stop by Dickey's Cafe...
Andres is a very good worker, funny and nice. The food is good, consistent with the other Dickeys restaurants I have visited.
Very awful delivery service. Ordered through DoorDash, and they canceled the order right as the driver picked up the order. Gave no reason for the cancel. They did not try to contact me to fix the order.It's not fun waiting an hour, having a driver go out there, just to get canceled for no given reason.Poor service. Don't waste your money at Dickey's.
The most disgusting chicken wings ever! They totally messed up my order and promised they would cancel the charge but they lied. Dont ever eat here. The hot sauce was like pudding. Completely gross!
Typical Dickie’s just like at home. It’s hard to find the “right food cooked by the right people!” I was a bit ticked because they mixed the pork and the beef together who does that so my friend couldn’t eat their portion of the food ??Of course I tasted everything ?
This was the single most awful delivery experience I've ever had. We placed a large order to cater a party 24 hours in advance. The next day, as the guests were arriving, we get a cancellation notice on our order. Panic ensues. After an hour on the phone to (the actually helpful) DoorDash support we find out that this is not the Dickey's Barbecue Pit restaurant in SF, but rather a delivery only kitchen who isn't responding to DoorDash requests and who's phone number is straight up disconnected.What an enormous waste of everyone's time, and huge stress for my wife and I.Get your act together Dickey's
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!I spent $40 on 2 meals here and they didn’t properly package my food so it spilled all over the place & the way how it was placed in the bag I couldn’t tell until I got home. Also they didn’t even get my order right after spending 15 minutes on the phone just to order 2 simple combo meals. (Which I also didn’t notice until I got home) Listen to the other bad reviews don’t be like me & try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sucks because I was craving bbq all day & they were the only place open near me so I wasn’t trying to go just off the reviews. I wanted to try it for myself, I even gave the cashier a personal tip but I regret it. She knew my order wasn’t right. Waste of time, money, & gas to get there. Never again.
This is pretty solid old fashioned Texas BBQ. The sides are damn good too. Get a Blonde Brownie…no questions or excuses…just GET IT!
