We arrived at about 6:45 pm for dinner on a weekday. The host greeted us with the utmost kindness & we were delighted to see how spacious the interior is as there is no outdoor seating. The staff was prompt, patient, and kind and the food was full of flavor. Each dish we had was delicious and made with quality ingredients - Mary's Chicken and New Zealand wagyu to name a few!! Even cooked med-well, the burger patty was flavorful and juicy (only downside is we found the mustard to be a bit much and will ask for it on the side next time) We definitely want to go back for dinner and to try their weekend brunch! Cocktails looked delicious but I had to stay virgin with a crushed blackberry/strawberry and club soda drink. Also super refreshing and not too sweet!

Came here on a slow evening and was impressed by how large of a space this was. It was great for our larger party. We started with lebaniega bread which has a nice toast as well as a good whipped yogurt chimichurri spread. I wished the jamón was a tad thinner. Their octopus was soft bite size pieces that were lost in the dish. The passion fruit bites though they were fresh were an unexpected tartness. Sunshine beans were great. Chicken was a good portion with the dirty rice. The sad part was when presented to us, our server just complained about how slow off a night it was. In the cheesy pillow dish, the potato dumplings were good with a nice crisp but the mushrooms seemed to have absorbed all the bitterness of the dish (rosemary) which many of us complained lingered until dessert. Desserts came out staggered with about 20 minutes between the citrus creamsicle and churros. Churros we’re under done in the center and left a film if oil in my mouth.

Outstanding in every category. Easily one of the best cocktail menus in the city. For Dinner the chicken is amazing and shareable. Definitely our new favorite brunch spot. The new smash burger is a perfect 10. get the burger at the bar starting at 3pm happy hour. Bread is to die for and egg sandwich is delish.

The arroz con pollo was incredible. The lemon sauce really elevated things, and the flavors worked so well together. The staff was friendly and sat us despite not having a reservation and probably being an hour or two early for dinner. (We were hungry. You get it.)

This beautiful restaurant recently opened, and we were dying to try it! Copas will not disappoint, every bite was full of flavour, including their desserts.Service was exceptional- very attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. The food arrived in a timely manner, as we were patiently and excitedly waiting for the next set of dishes to arrive. Presentation was colorful, unique and Instagram worthy! We had just about every single dish on the menu. The cocktails were delicious too. We ordered the following: Levain Bread, Basil Caesar, Oysters, Halibut Crudo, Cheesy Pillows with winter black truffles, Pulpo, Mussels and Pescatarian del diva. Our favorite by far was the Pulpo, grilled octopus-the array of flavors (passionfruit, tarragon) was complex, balanced and totally delicious! We had never had octopus this good in our lives, it was so tender. The oysters were topped with a jalapeño citrus vin making them sooooo tasty. The Caesar salad was cruchy, tangy and refreshing, yum. The cheesy pillows were delicate and perfectly cooked, with the sauce and fresh truffle grated on top creating a rich and multi-layered flavour experience. The mussels were delicate and full of flavour, with an equally tasty sauce.Desserts: their churros were evenly tossed in sugar and their burnt white chocolate toffee dipping sauce was amazing! Lastly their Citrus creamsicle was my absolutely favorite, everything was perfectly and creativley presented - craving it now as this is being written...We definitely recommend trying this restaurant, and give it 5+ stars!

Really tasty small plates. We got the Sunchokes, Bread, Short Rib, Pulpo, Cheesy pillows. All quite rich and easy to share. Maybe a little pricey if you are starving, but I found everything high quality. Would return. Also delicious and unique cocktails. Very smooth!

The food was creative and delicious, and the servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. The dishes are smaller and best for sharing. Even though the dishes are pricey, I felt it was worth it--compared to an experience where you pay the same price for a single dish, here you get to experience several unique dishes and flavors, which makes for a more fun experience. My favorites were the basil salad (herby, tangy, and refreshing) and the mussels (creamy and savory), and it was my first time trying sunchokes!

Been eating this guys food for a LONG time and he is one incredible chef. He's worked at Saison and in Mexico (Mexico City + Oaxaca) so the flavours he uses are very new and exciting for the SF dining scene. The place is cozy and warm and features rotating art (which is nice), but the food is perfect for groups. It is a place that I think will be in a normal rotation of my dining spots because it is reliable and delicious and they have a full bar stacked w/ tequila and mezcal. The food is exciting, spicy, seasonal, and doesn't leave you feeling heavy when you're all done. The churro donuts are light and fluffy, the paletas creamy and lush in the mouth but not too heavy nor sweet. The savory food changes often and will expand in the future, but you have a myriad of options that are vegetable, seafood, and meat driven so you can appease a myriad of tastes.

Food, vibe, and service a bit off. Had to ask about one of dishes and turns out it the waiter forgot to put it in. Dishes were beautifully plated but the flavors were disjointed as the execution.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been for breakfast a few times and dinner. The staff is super friendly and the food is sooooo good. The octopus is a must! So refined and really interesting. Can’t wait till I’m not pregnant anymore so I can eat the oysters and have a cocktail. I will definitely keep coming back. Love it!
