I walked by this shop and knew I wanted to take something home with me before my vacation was over. I am glad I did. I got their meringues and they are light, airy and melt in your mouth. This was them after a 5 hour flight to Philly in a checked bag! They held up better than I expected and was a much needed treat when I landed.
Cheerfully delivered a large order of heavy ingredients to the business and they stiffed me on tips. You’d figure they would treat fellow service workers better. Hopefully they don’t cut other corners or treat staff that way.

Really fresh choux pastry with beautifully flavoured cream fillings. The level of sweetness was perfect and not overpowering. It came in a cute box.

For a place called "Choux" and predominantly selling Choux (ie cream puffs), I believe it is essential to master the choux pastry itself.However it isn't the case which is unfortunate because their choice of flavors is nice and the different creams used as filling taste good but the choux pastry itself is not nice. It's too thick and a bite cake like which is certainly not how choux are supposed to be.
