It was one of the best Chinese food I have had! My whole family enjoyed their meals very much!
I love Chili House but had a poor experience. I arrived for my reservation but had to wait 15 minutes to chat with someone. Then was told that I had to wait for about 45 min for my reservation. We ended up not eating here due to this.
We were here for the Peking duck and it didnât disappoint.
Don't waste your time. We called on Wednesday morning and made a reservation for Thursday 7:30 pm and we ordered the duck. 24 hour notice. They said everything would be ready. We arrive early and are seated after 7:30 pm and we notice several tables being served duck ... we can't wait. Finally get seated and gentleman comes up to us and says... "Sorry our oven broke and your duck was not cooked." Several tables have duck and you can see the kitchen slicing duck for another table.. I asked about the duck being prepared? Gentleman sayes... sorry that is not your duck! We don't have your duck... I had to laugh! It was like a Monty Python skit. I asked if he was serious? He said so sorry.. free tea for the able. Can you believe this? HILARIOUS! Miraculously the oven broke for our duck only! And likely was working fine the next day... is it possible they sold our duck and ran out? AWFUL and FUNNY! What a bunch of fools! Don't waste your time. Plenty of better options right down the street. Terrible.
Great place, would give it 4.5 if I could. great value as well, we couldn't finish everything we were enjoying

Best Peking Duck we've ever had... you just need to tell them a day ahead. So many other tasty, delicious items on an extensive menu. Not sure what to order?... Just ask any of the servers, they're happy to make suggestions. Can't say enough good things about this place. We'll definitely be going back.
Need to be assertive about ordering or the service will almost never come by. Tad difficult to get seated even after reservations, canât blame them for having no open tables though. Food was excellent and came out in nice waves. Highly recommend this seemingly hidden gem.
Excellent food at a reasonable (by SF standards) prices.
