One of the best curated collection of cheeses and wines; great Jazz soundtrack ; their sidewalk cafe is a great venue for reading. My favorites are caprese sandwich, cherry almond cake, and their coffee.Must credit the owner for creating this excellent store from scratch and making it into a fine neighborhood institution.

Some members of deli staff must’ve been inebriated today. Based on my observations, they were mixing orders up left and right. My personal order, 2 grilled sandwiches, was unannounced (waited for 10 minutes before checking), labels were mixed, missing ingredients, and ended up not being grilled. Not a great look when your sandwiches are ~$15+ dollars.Generally the shop is great and would give 5-stars otherwise. I just hope the owners take note of this.

Love the walk up coffee and sandwich bar. Lots of outdoor seating to stay and eat lunch. Coffee was decent, and the caprese sandwich was delicious. Bread is extremely high quality. Overall a fun, quick lunch spot.

This store is seriously so cute. Stopped here to get a coffee. Everyone was friendly and the coffee was pretty good. I'd come back.

Decadent. But hey, I'll blow some $ from time- to- time on fabulous cheese. Otherwise, it's Cheez-Whiz and Macaroni & Cheese all the way, baby... (J/K)

This is a very nice store. It has a great selection of cheeses and related items. The location is very good on Polk Street near Broadway in downtown San Francisco, California. Parking is a bit challenging.

Great place for breads and charcuterie needs.Sandwiches are pretty good too!

This is a great neighborhood spot for your needs be they cheese, deli meats (both in-store and at the attached sandwich shop), pasta, wine, etc. The staff is also top-notch: always helpful, pleasant, engaged, and patient. PS I'm as cheap as they come, but when checking out you have the option to tip associates, and I recommend doing so every once in a while to show your appreciation for all their hard work.

The sandwiches are seriously delicious. I highly recommend the Happy Thanksgiving! mmmmmmm

Almost 40 min wait time, loud construction going on across the street. When I finally got my sandwich it was on burnt stale bread. Probably never going to come back here which is a shame because I live in the neighborhood. Sad to see bad service when you’re trying to support local stores and cafes. The guys working there seemed like they resented me even ordering a sandwich. People who arrived after me were served before, I’m just not sure what the reason for such hostile treatment is ??‍♂️
