Best sangria EVER and the food is deeeeelicious!
So this was my first time and I gotta say I have a few highs and lows about this place. I came specifically for the arroz con pollo. But they ran out of rice ? they weren't serving any more that evening either. As a previous native of Philly and in a relationship with a Puerto Rican man I found this to be odd and a tad disappointing. But I was able to improvise for the wings which hubby highly recommended and it was a GOOD choice. I ask them to get them well done which they kinda were but the sauce made me "tear them up" lol we also ordered a pitcher of sangria which was really good. Now apparently there was a patron there that didn't want to pay his bill and it caused quiet a scene. As entertaining as the debacle was it upset my bartender ( whose name is Ryan) greatly and we felt bad for him and tipped him pretty good. When things calmed down we all ( including the manager) had a shot of "Mamacita" a recommended drink. It was so good I ordered another one! He was so sweet and nice to us. I like this spot a lot and I will be back.
My wife has been raving about the Haight St. location for some time now. Luckily we were in town for a Concert. Best decision of the day. Food was amazing and the service was A+.

It’s a feast every time we go to Cha cha chas!!I client have enough room on here to tell you, how amazing the food is at Cha cha chas. Both restaurants are amazing, the food taste just the same as the the one on Heights. I am new to Cha cha chas as of 10/2021 however my friends have been going there for about 15+ years and I’m so glad they introduced me to this amazing menu. I live in the Central Valley and I crave the Ceviche, fried plantations, the potatoes and I other dishes I can’t remember the names. This place is a MUST STOP TO EAT WHEN IN SAN FRANCISCO!!!!

Celebrated a friends birthday here recently and was super pleased with the food. Wasn’t quite sure what the place was giving but it seemed like a fusion sort of restaurant maybe like Asian-Latin? The menu read Tapas which I know to be small bites but the portions were amazing, the only bit that I have here is two things, there was no one at the door to check us in, unsure what the practices are like with COVID at this place but my vaccination status wasn’t checked. The second was how close the next table sat with my group. None of us got sick so nothing terrible to report, the night was also busy and there staff otherwise missed no marks.
Food and customer service great. Will definitely go back again.
