Visited for dinner and tried 5 plates: ceviche (yum), sweet potato (popular), pork shoulder (the best), market fish - cod, zucchini. Their wine was good too! Service was really great, happy to visit again.

We were going for breakfast to another place and we came across this spot. What a find.Carnitas tacos were the star. Blue corn tortillas, picked onions and juicy carnitas. My partner had the blueberries waffle that was yummy.Special mention to the Mexican latte. It has cinnamon and a little kit to spice things up.If you you come check the back patio. Cool vibes.

An amazing gluten free restaurant with a good vibe. There’s also a super cute back patio and they have the best orange juice in the city.

Wow! This place was so good. Came on a Saturday morning for their breakfast. We ate outside on their back patio. The food was amazing. We had the Blue Berry Masa Waffles - the BEST waffles any of us have had!! We had the Taco Plate with carnitas - full of flavor!! We also had the Taco Plate with the eggy - the bacon in this was delicious! And finally we had the La Vaquera - yum! The hot sauce was was hot but worth it. Highly recommend this place!!!

Best meal I’ve had since the pandemic! They clearly care about the details and the ingredients. Fresh olive oil, vibrant balsamic vinegar, perfectly roasted and seasoned vegetables (which is the mark of an excellent chef imo) but my favorite was the farmer’s beans with the pork shoulder. They were creamy yet not over cooked and held together to provide the right bite with the meat which was savory and salted perfectly. The plates were made of beautiful pottery and the wines carefully curated. The staff was attentive and everything was orderly and clean with thoughtful touches that made the atmosphere comfortable, refined yet unpretentious. Fabulous.

We really enjoyed the food and wine. We are fans of wood fire oven cooking and so were very excited when to find this restaurant. Moreover, is rare to find a completely gluten free restaurant. We also loved the interiors and the attentive service. My only negative feedback is that we felt they exaggerated with dressing and seasoning, and we were disappointed at some point the service dropped the ball a little as presumably the waiters finished their turn and went home.

An absolutely amazing restaurant with a soul. When you are here, you feel loved and happy. Family owned, and owners and staff are authentic and always there for you. The ambience is sweet and . Great place for a date or group of friends if you want to go to a great and unique place. Don’t hesitate!

Just tried it for brunch, the food was fresh and very flavorful. Its counter service and we set in the back yard, which is roof covered and very pleasant. I’ll be certainly back as I need to explore the menu. This time we enjoyed the sweet potato tacos and the pork belly over mexican polenta. Both were light and tasty, The Tacos were better IMO.4/24/22: Just tried dinner alone. Had the Japanese sweet Potato with Romesco sauce and the pork shoulder. Both were well cooked with light but interesting flavors. Large size dishes and I finished with the Pot de creme. It was rich not too dark and had a nice addition of rock salt and whipped cream.

greatly enjoyed first visit to Camino Alto. sophisticated vibe and very thoughtful food! high quality ingredients are apparent. gluten free is added bonus, restaurant is able to accommodate common dietary restrictions. Worth a trip across town

I've eaten at this sweet restaurant twice and can't say enough about what a great experience I had. The first time, I mixed up the night of the reservation with a friend and the staff were incredibly gracious about it. Went the next night and we all had a good laugh about it. The service is excellent. I had the pork shoulder and it was amazing! We shared the pot de creme for dessert and loved it. Went there last Friday night with my daughter for her birthday dinner and she had the pork shoulder and I had the grouper. Delicious! We also shared a gorgeous salad and shared the pot de creme. I just love a restaurant where I feel welcomed - and also the staff remembered me, which is so kind. Small, stylish, welcoming restaurant with delicious food and friendly and excellent service. Highy recommend.
