I had been wanting to try this place and e dedicated up ordering with them through. Club Feast! We were impressed by the portions and everything is tasty! My son got the chicken super burrito and my al pastor salad was delightful! Very pleased and look forward to getting food from them again.
Very good food and laid back environment. The seasoning on the meats and tofu are extremely well done and overall experience was top notch. I am confident anything on the menu would be worth going back for soon!

Don’t be jealous but I just had the best carnitas tacos and horchata …in my life!! I would post a pic but that would mean that I delayed eating them for one more minute.These tacos were next level! Loads of gorgeous succulent, marinated pork with a generous amount of the crispy little caramelized bits ( think bacon or pork belly). Plenty to fill that secret second tortilla under the first one.I don’t know about you but horchata is hard to find outside the Mission district. I can say that Caliente Bistro serves, again, the best one I’ve ever had. Fresh, rich and so flavorful!! You will love! Treat yo’ self!!!
Found this place accidentally and they did not disappoint! Food is amazing! The taste, portions and prices are excellent! 2nd time and the ceviche and street tacos to die for! Def coming back!!!
Awesome bistro in the Richmond. The food is fresh and the staff clearly take pride in what they do. I actually ordered from them off TooGoodToGo App (another huge plus that they support reducing food waste) and they served an extremely generous and super delicious tray with chicken, rice and beans and a cup of delicious horchata. This spot is awesome and I will be back!
Such a good experience. We ordered 3 tacos and the Cuban chicken sandwich. The food was absolutely delicious. The carne asada taco was to die for. The meet was so wonderfully spiced. The carnitas and the chicken were great too. The Cuban chicken sandwich came on a perfectly fresh Dutch Crunch roll and had a simple but delicious slaw + a HUGE amount of fabulous curly fries. We were given a fresh made batch of chips and salsa which were great. The menu is not huge but everything we are was wonderful. Can't wait to come back.
Visiting from out of state and was in the mood for Mexican food. I asked the waiter if they had a gluten free menu and after he went and asked the chef, Raul, what was gluten free, Raul came to our table and asked me about my sensitivity to gluten. I ordered steak enchiladas, and he went into the kitchen and used fresh utensils and a freshly cleaned prep area to make sure there was no cross contamination in my food. The steak enchiladas were to die for, literally the best enchiladas I have ever tasted. I have had dinner there two nights in a row and I plan to have dinner there again tonight!
Raul and Andrew will take the best care of you. Fire burritos, fresh chips, all of their salsas hit. They have a tequila sake that you need to try.
The staff is remarkable. Seriously the best I have ever had the pleasure to speak with in all my years of dining. Raul took the time to clear his kitchen to make sure my meal was not cross contaminated with gluten. We have been in the city for 3 days and have eaten at Caliente every night. I cannot give enough stars to these guys because there just aren’t enough stars in the sky! Highly recommend!
