Cajun salmon was hella good
It was my first time trying Cajun SF. So I wanted to try a few menu items. I ordered the gumbo, fried chicken with garlic noodles, vegetable medley and cajun fries. The gumbo was mostly gravy that was extremely thick, it didn't have a rich gumbo flavor at all. The veggies were a bit salty, the cajun fried chicken didn't have cajun flavor as advertised. I did however enjoy the can French fries. The fries came complete with a delicious sauce. I don't know if the fries were fresh or frozen but they were good.
The mac n cheese had so much oil and butter I literally poured it down the drain in the kitchen sink. The seasoning and flavor was good once I got rid of the oil. The Cajun fried chicken was hot and good seasoning. The red velvet waffles were good.

The gumbo was very delicious nice sized big bowl for that pricing . The crab legs were huge this was a very satisfying dish most gumbo spots you go to you pay more then what you actually get I’m gonna recommend them to my friend 5/5 for me ??
Gotta give a tip of the hat, crab legs in the gumbo and they threw in free beignets? Good folks in my book. Cheers.
