Food was excellent- service was even better and there was live music.

You will lose one star on this review every time you forget to include chips and salsa with my to go Cadillac platter. This was the first time I forgot to ask, and you disappointed me.
Refill water without asking. Traditional dishes with one dish with homey soup meal and chorizo meal below is what me and a friend ordered he had a burger and a virgin pineapple margarita. I ordered a quesadilla.

I went to Cadillac bar and grill today and was charged more than expected or explained. The waiter tried to fix the problem and brought his manager to our table. Instead of the customer is always right and fixing the issue, she overcharged even though charging a extra $10 for skirt steak was not on the menu. I would never go to this restaurant again, and I recommend fair minded people you don’t visit either. They have a terrible manager with a bad attitude who will overcharge you. Thanks waiter for at least trying to help.
Incredible service. Fresh tortillas and use of smoked meats makes this place a great choice to get food that tastes like tex-mex from Texas.
The interior in very spacious and appealing. The prices are a bit high. I had the puffy tacos. They were puffy, light and fried well. They got soggy quickly but still tasted delicious. The chips were light and crisp and the guacamole was great.
I'm not big on Mexican food but it was for a friend's birthday. ?were very good as was the guacamole. Chips were good but too thin for dipping. I.had the Ceasar salad with added grilled shrimp. Salad was OK but not a full serving. I have to say the grilled shrimp was perfectly grilled. Many times they can be rubbery these were not. Will not go out of my way to visit again.
