Wow this place is a dump, and the service is super slow. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to do fast food, unless your in slow zombie mode like the workers on tonight. It’s telling there is a security guard on duty, and his job seems to be watching the washrooms. And it is homeless central about half the people in line were homeless. Now that being said I do have sympathy for the homeless and what seems like a lot of mental health issues on the streets here, and I suppose they are here as where else can they go. Top this with likely the staff hate their jobs, and it’s a location worth skipping if there is nothing else available.
Heads up there is no dollar menu or anything in that nature & the menu is limited to purchasing full premium meals which is okay if that's what your in the mood for & there is no spicy chicken nuggets. The customer service was really helpful & polite even though there was a huge line. Unfortunately you can't use the bathroom unless security is there for whatever reason. I'm sure somehow it's nessisary in this area it is the city after all lol. Very limited menu than other BK locations.
This place is a great option for the vegan with a budget(breakfast) they have vegan french toast and hash rounds that go great with orange juice or coffee.
5 stars to the employees! I ate there everyday for two weeks while I was on holidays. It's a downtown BurgerKing, close to the Tenderloin, all kind of customers, that explains the negative comments you can read. You can't blame the employees. I observed them working : the cashiers, the guys cleaning the room, the security guy... they deal with a lot, every hour, every day, and despite that, they still do an amazing job, smiling.
Horrible customer service. Order a 40 piece chicken nuggets get 2 large fry loyalty perk deal and was told they would you give me 8 pieces and 1 large fry for the same price. Manager and workers were extremely rude and hostile. Would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a stress-free/hassle free meal
Quick and easy! If your lucky, you'll meet a super sweet, cool person during your time inside the burger king and they might just randomly buy your dinner out of the blue ?......... That's just what happened to me!
This food here is good. Customer service pretty well. They don't have a bathroom though. That sucks! But we ordered out food on the app when we were there.
Am satisfied with staff services and the premisis is clean and tidy. Customers observed the protocols. More power to the staff and management?

no problems with quality of food however this Burger King does not allow coupons as it is right by the trolley on Powell and is very much in the heart of the tourism area so therefore for whatever reason they refuse to accept coupons not to mention those with a CalFresh card that allows for restaurants are not able to use it at this particular location as well so what that said it can be quite expensive as you're not going to get a deal here the staff can appear to rush you as they're quite busy and restrooms well available to customers you'll need a token or you'll need the security guard to let you in and the line can be quite long as of today there is still no indoor dining but you're more than welcome to pick up your to go order and I must say the new Trucking chicken meal is pretty good
