Ordered panda milk tea, there’s no boba inside… argued with the owner, they said they are out of boba, but no one told me and there’s no warning on the kiosk when I placed the order. So I paid for a panda milk tea and left with a plain milk tea… zero service. Also the flavor is just medium.

Very close to hell in terms of atmosphere. The order kiosk is a huge bottleneck. And I see why, I knew exactly what I wanted but the menu is not easy to navigate. the entry buzzer going off constantly every 15 seconds twice. Truly needs to be rethought

Great place to finding a good milk tea, boba drinks. I do recommend "matcha lavender latte with boba", I can not say no to the color layers! and also don't forget to try the ube latte as well. Very good combination!

This is not hyperbole when I say that this place is unbelievably good.My first visit, I had the lavender. Their lavender is unlike any I have had before. There is a bright, authentic lavender taste and not just a vague floral signature. For my second visit, I knew that I had to try the ube - mind blown again. I believe that was the only time that I could actually tell that I was really drinking ube.In both instances I had ordered less sugar (boba drinks are often too sweet in my opinion) and I had wished that my drink was a little more sweet - not in a bad way, it's just that I believe that it would have brought out the natural flavors even more. It is a huge bonus that I can order alternative milks at no extra cost; all of those little extras add up sometimes.A fantastic experience overall. A must stop for me every time that I will be in the neighborhood. As much as I want to drink those two drinks again, I know my life will be richer for trying everything else on the menu - and once I accomplish that, I'll ask the drinkmaster what's NOT on the menu that I can have.

The best passion fruit green tea I've ever had! Only complaint was cost. It was about $8 for a large with one add in (aloe).

Solid boba at a reasonable price (~$5 to 6). Digital ordering makes it easy.Be warned that you will be paying an extra $.50 for milk. It's fine, I just thought that was a little strange ? The black boba pearls are free, though!

It was okay, the black milk tea didn’t have much flavor and the boba wasn’t very fresh. Also took almost 15 mins after ordering

Nice little Boba place. Ordered via an tablet menu, which was quite convenient, and got fast and friendly service. Nothing too special, but nothing wrong with it either.

Their drinks and decor look so elegant and sophisticated, but the flavors just don't hit it. I ordered the ube milk drink and it's gorgeous. However, it pretty much just tastes like milk with minimal ube flavor (even after I scraped the ube off the sides and mixed my drink).

Brew Cha wins SF boba.Seriously — they do real fresh brewed tea unlike the overpriced ready-made mixed drinks boba guys have gotten away with selling. Also better quality boba than plentea.
