Unfortunately I got food poisoning from this place. It was the turkey. Everything else was fine. How did I know it was the turkey, my friend ate some stuff off my plate except for the turkey. He didn't get chills like I did. My other friend ordered the samething I did. The next day he told me how he got the chills at night. Same as me! I've been here many times. I don't think I'll be back again. Customer service was good though and the store was kept clean.

Meatloaf is good for a chain restaurant. I also liked the Mac and cheese, mashed potato with beef gravy and cornbread.

OK Boston Market charged me for a leg quarter which is the thigh & drumstick, the cashier asked if I wanted white or dark meat, they're both dark meat. As she's attempting to cut the leg quarter I ask her why she's cutting it, she says that I get the leg OR the thigh..I say you can't charge me for a leg quarter then give me 1/2. where do they do that ?

I have been eating here for about 7 years today I will say this is my last visit to this location. I have eaten here so much I receive emails about all promotions. Today I received an email about half chicken meal only $7.99, the email subject was. " Your favorite meal only $7.99". Unfortunately when I visited this store on 16th street in San Francisco I was given push back, they at first did not want to honor the promotion. The woman manager finally said and I quote, "go ahead and give him the promotion since he is aware of it, but if the customer do not ask about the promotion charge them the normal price." Terrible practice. This happened on January 21 2022. I also noticed signs on the door and on line showing this location is open until 10pm. But for some reason after I left at 5pm this particular manager decided to close and lock the doors @ 530pm and put up a poorly written sign that says online orders only. My last visit to this location. By the way I was the only customer in there and it took over 10 minutes for them to complete my order.

I've been coming to Boston market for a long time. Probably come every other week. This might be my last time. The customer service is so ridiculous here. I ordered online and they simply would not give me what I ordered. Insane. I've placed this order so many times so I know I'm not wrong. When I tried to clarify with them the workers wouldn't listen and refused to reason.

Customer Service is horrible. They tell you the restroom is broke when asking to get buzzed in, but there is no Out of Order sign posted. The staff is unhappy and upset. They have visible tattoos on their neck, hands and face with a sad or angry look. The place is always empty or has no line, this must be the leading reason!

I ordered the 1/2 chicken w/veg + Caesar salad & a side of chicken salad. Vegetables weren't freshly cooked & the bread was just warm. Chicken was good, to include the side of chicken salad. The Caesar salad's dressing & croutons are hideous. Why can't they make Uber Eats et al delivery customers food fresh especially when they know it has to travel?

I got the meatloaf. 3 big slices. Mash potato and corn. With orange soda it came to $14.Everything was delicious and filling. Free refills on soda.

Update: I called the Daly City location and they ran correspondence with the San Francisco location and they were nice enough to inform me that there was a issue with their phone line and they were able to cancel and refund my order. I've eaten at Boston Market before and while the food is amazing this online service really did leave a sour taste for me and really discourages me from ordering again in case an error is made. The website and online services really need improvement especially the navigation of the site as I felt exceptionally helpless for such a simple task, hence why I'll change the review but keep the original post below for clarity. We need more alternatives to customize or change our orders!Original Post: Worst online service ever. Never guest order online. I accidentally ordered from this location and tried to cancel my order. 10 times. Either the phoneline was busy or I was answered by a woman screaming "HELLO" followed by 20 seconds of silence before the call ended for me. I tried calling from several different phones as well so it more than likely wasn't a problem on my phone. Why is there no way to cancel an order as a guest? This is an awful experience to deal with. Never order online.
