OMG! How did I not discover this place until now? Just came in on a whim for a large Americano and a chive waffle and I'm very impressed. The waffle is to DIE for, the clientele was really nice and conversational, and the service was very kind. It wasn't until I was walking away that I noticed the Flowerco mug I was carrying my coffee in...and needless to say, I'm even more hyped now that I've caught onto the theme.
This is the coolest little coffee. My co workers and I go here often when are in the office. Great coffee friendly staff.

Minuscule coffee shop that makes a great cup of coffee and absolutely worth a visit if you are in Bayview. Friendly service, friendly price. (I've heard good things about their waffles but haven't tried it yet.)There is a lovely parklet right in front of the coffee shop with a bleacher-like three-story stand decorated with beautiful succulents. Sitting here sipping a warm coffee in the sun feels simply perfect.
Good Chai tea and they have almond milk
