Love their pizza however If you order for delivery It will not be right. I ordered for delivery both my pizza were messed up did not have the toppings I ordered. When I call they don't pick up their phone And I get transferred to a team member who tells me to to bring the pizza back or email them and if I email them I'll take about 3 to 4 days for them to get back to me. If I'm gonna bring it back to complain about what's missing on my pizza that defeats the purpose of getting it delivered. So messed up that has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life.
This was my first time going to this pizza place and they make the pizza went and ask you what you want your pizza. And it put the toppings on while you look at them doing that and by the time you pay for the pizza it's only a maybe less than 5 minutes waiting for your pizza you can eat inside or outside I enjoyed it I got the double Italian sausage loved it
Food is consistent. Staff is friendly. Persons making pizza shouldn't need to ask what toppings you want if you ordered a special to keep the line moving. You can expect long lines on the weekends.
good pizza for a small to medium appetite. im real simple with my pizza. italian suasage n mushroom. dont like overloading it. red sauce with pesto mix. mozarela n fresh moz. $10. lol. only downside long lines. i hav never seen it without a line. that means its good.
They cancelled my delivery with zero communication using my promo reward. Why even have these promos if you refuse to honor them? Have to get my money back through my bank because it's so hard to reach anyone.. Never again.
This place is getting worse every time we go there. The management is lacking. Restrooms were a mess and half the pizza prep staff was not wearing anything on their heads per California Code, Health and Safety Code - HSC § 113969
Went here for first time. The line moves slow but the pizza was really good. The concept is interesting...albeit somewhat inefficient. would definitely go again... 4 star due to efficiency.
All the toppings you want for one very reasonable price, high quality ingredients, scores of options, delicious, and, best of all, multiple GLUTEN FREE options. As someone with a severe allergy, I'm excited to finally be able to enjoy pizza again and not have to refinance a house just to afford it. I'd wind up paying AT LEAST twice as much elsewhere for a smaller, much less tasty pizza. And every single time I've been to Blaze, the employees ALWAYS offer to change gloves for me to ensure my pizza is safe. I'm impressed, grateful, and happy to give Blaze my regular business.
