Made internet order. Site stated free shipping, was charged nearly $25 for shipping. The order stated 3-4 day shipping. Took a week to get here. I would not ever buy from here again. Prices seem high but I understand sometimes that happens to get what you want.
The Christmas gift I ordered was returned to their warehouse on 1/6. No response from anyone after numerous attempts to get a refund. They got the product back to sell again. Horrible way to do business.In response: Yes, I emailed the 3 different email addresses I have, 5 times.
Trying to reach company. PAID for 2 day Fed Ex delivery for a very special gift to be given by a certain day. Fed ex said they made label for a day later call them. Called, left vmail and email. Now shipment sched 4 days after event!!! Seems like this is a common theme after reading other reviews. I need some help!
I've purchased from here a few times and was in the whisky/bourbon club for awhile. The website prices are crazy high for allocated bourbon. But, they sell at all I'm sure!
I selected this store because the promised delivery date was within needed range. However, I did not receive the wines on time. I reached out to the store and they maintained that it was because FedEx could not reach me. I called FexEx to investigate and FedEx informed me that the store placed a defective label, hence it was not delivered. This store charged me $18 for shipping and additional $18 for return back. I am speechless that I had to pay $36 for a defective delivery. What a waste of time and bad business practice.
Top Notch products and shipping! I'm very pleased with the price point and and packaging of my Garrison brothers. The box was damaged during transit but because the inside was extra padded. Delivered to canton,ohio safely! I'll be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks again! SALUD!!

Live right around the corner from this place and it’s my go to for nice liquor. If you’re looking for mixers and cheap booze probably not your spot. But if you’re looking for a nicer bottle of liquor or wine this place has you covered. Also the staff is always super nice and extremely helpful.
