Great service, food, and beer.
It's so hard giving this place a 3 cause the entree is really good. I loved every bit of the main dish. I just think that the brussule spouts as an app was burnt to bits and I really didn't want to pay for it.

Love this spot. Our favorite casual drop in for good food, great beer and awesome sports viewing if you want. Any of the German food options is ??. Neil is an awesome barman / host.
This was effectively perhaps the best supper I've had in San Francisco. The menu isn't gigantic yet everything on it is awesome, and I really imply that.We got the Hunters Sausage and the Chicken Kabab, and they were both awesome. The frankfurter was smokey and very much cooked, the potatoes were all around all around prepared, and the sauerkraut was overall quite light. The chicken was impeccably cooked, and the meal veggies were basic at the same time, once more, great.To put it plainly, everything here is incredibly great, and to top it of the proprietor is an extraordinary person. In case you're searching for some place to go help the present moment, this is a truly extraordinary spot and merits each ounce of help.

It's been a while since I've been to Bistro Gambrinus (ever since moving out of state), but all I know is that if Neil is still running the place, it is an amazing place to eat and drink. I spent many hours in this place over the course of two years while I live a couple of blocks away. It's a very unassuming store front, but the food is incredible and the drinks always hit the spot. I've never before or since had a place where I felt so at home. A friend and I used to frequent this place after work or for a game over the weekends, and we'd always have great conversations with the staff and other patrons. When friends talk about visiting SF, I always recommend Bistro Gambrinus to them!
Fantastic place to get something when in a hurry. Their service is fast, rates are reasonable, awesome vibes. Highly recommended
