Our hibachi chef was not good. Very awkward and his skill set was not up to par. Just uncomfortable and the food was not the best.

Always a fun experience! Only complaint, is it is very loud. Hard to hear one another speak. Overall, lots of fun!

Rex, our chef, was charismatic and skilled. He was engaging and really funny. Loved the experience.

It was a terrific experience—the food was cooked perfectly, the waitress was incredibly helpful, and our cook Rex did an amazing job with the flourishes. I would happily return.

Charges made for additional entree, diction of server and chef poor, unintelligible use of English

I’ve been to 4 different locations. The tables of people were loud. Our chef was a little sloppy and messy, dropping food and splattered rice on to us. My kid still had fun though. I’ll come back to a different location in the future.

We had a reservation at 7:30. First, we waited 30 min to be seated. Then waited an hour for our chef. So, it was 9:30 when our foods were ready. I don’t know what is the point to accept a reservation, if you are not going to serve to your client for two hours?! If you would like to enjoy your dinner, I would not recommend going Benihana SF.

The wait for the chef to come out was an hour and a half. Either don't accept so many reservations. Or at least offer some comp'd menu item. Free drink, appetizer or dessert. It was ridiculus wait time. Server never informed us about the delay. The next table over 2 people left after waiting 30 minutes. We had to skipped the movies due to spending so much time at dinner.

Fun and friendly. Dinner with spouse and daughters, the girls enjoyed the entertainment and we all enjoyed the food.
