I would recommend several other incredible ice cream locations in the city prior to wasting your money at this establishment.My wife came in today with my daughter at about 4:30 PM. After waiting for a couple large groups, my wife asked for a shake because she was getting ready to drive and wouldnt be able to eat the ice cream. The employee asked her if she would mind waiting due to the line. My wife advised she did not want to wait and the employee gave her grief. After she declined any ice cream the same employee called her "ignorant" for requesting to have a shake while driving. We didn't ask or need his additional opinions. My wife also witnessed him lie to a woman about gluten free options on the menu just to get her to order something and move on.Very disappointed...
Truly disappointed in ben and jerrys for keeping the employee on paid leave. Embarrassing. I will never purchase ben and jerrys again. I hope people follow im this as well.
Came here to write a bad review but I see the company has taken the appropriate action and has fired the employee that's been all over social media. 5 stars for doing the right thing and getting rid of that employee.
Employees at this establishment think it’s okay to abuse the less fortunate. A handicapped, homeless women was assaulted outside of the store by and employee. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable
Disgusting how you treat the homeless and mentally ill. Throwing water on someone for crying? You should be ashamed of yourself, you don't respect basic human life and obviously weren't brought up properly. Disgusting.
The manager throws water on homeless people for existing out side in the middle of the night drenching all of there belongings.
On multiple occasions, this store has been closed when I wanted it, even though it was during their stated hours. You can't rely on this place, never go here.
I’M EXPECTING A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER! The tall man with glasses and medium length dirty blonde hair gave us incredibly rude customer service, refused to refund us (with absolutely no signage of that being a policy), lied and said he was the manager (spoke to his coworker on shift and she said the manager was not in the shop today), then denied us any contacts (such as a phone number or email address) for the ACTUAL manager, refused to give me his name, called the cops on us and did not once apologize, stop speaking to us condescendingly or actually help us. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! HE SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE HE WASN’T EVEN BEHIND THE COUNTER WHEN WE GOT INTO THE STORE! THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF US HAD BEEN STANDING THERE FOR 10 MINUTES! THEY WERE GRADUALLY SAYING “HELLO?” LOUDER UNTIL HE FINALLY CAME OUT FROM THE BACK WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!
I think this is permanently closed. I wish they would would post what there reduced hours are. Google will say it is open but then when you go it’s closed.
Good ice cream in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints.
