I’m not really sure what just happened. I walked in to order a plate of hummus as they I think were preparing a catering order. They tell me to come back in 15 minutes. I come back and they just hand me a small container of hummus from a big stack of prepared hummus that was sitting there when I first ordered. Why did I wait 15 minutes and is this small thing really all there is? I have to imagine that the standard plate of hummus sitting down inside would be bigger or more elaborate and now I’m wondering why I even tipped. Like, what actually happened? I kinda wanted to try the maze sampler when I saw it which was a few bucks more and which I now realize contains the same amount of hummus as the hummus plate. I almost told them I wanted to change the order once I saw what happened but was too flabbergasted to do anything.

Today was very special to me ontop of being my first time here. Samir made my experience next level. His hospitality was excellent. My work friend had invited me here and how I gained my experience. This food is the first time anything reminded me of home..which is hard for any place to do. I just felt like I was home here. This place has something truly special, I should know, I'm sort of a Mediterranean food expert. The chicken kabobs were juicy, Hummus on point, Zatar on the bread with Lebna was as authentic as it gets. This food is special and I wish the locals understood Palestinian traditional foods. Lastly, the dessert was the crown jewel of my night. As a gift for our visit, without any warning, Samir made us feel like royalty with Muhalabia. I haven't had this dessert since my grandmother passed away and she used to make it from scratch. Can anyone tell that I was impressed ? Thank you Samir for your generousity and hospitality ?♥️

things were a little bit busy but the food was phenomenal- i got the shish tawook (chicken) and trust me when i say these were the BEST PIECES OF CHICKEN I HAVE TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. the seasoning was perfect- had a little crisp but the inside was so perfect and juicy and the rice with the peppers was phenomenal. THE HUMMUS IS TO DIE FOR so creamy and rich❤️

must try middle eastern restaurant in the city for some (decently) quick eats! there aren’t too many middle eastern restaurants but this one is a gem.- order at the counter and sit down, but waiters still serve you with your plates/water/etc.- really great service, you can tell that everyone loves working there and they really care about their customers. 5 stars on that alone- chicken shish tawook plate: the chicken skewers, although a tad dry, had such a distinct smoky and delicious grilled flavor. the hummus and rice also paired well with the chicken. would recommend!

Really tasty and you get a lot of food!

Okay I'll be honest, the food is super delicious and it was very clean and neat! But i didn't like the service. They were so busy that they forgot to come check on us if we needed anything. We had to get up and put water ourselves, we also had to go ask for some sauces and extra forks and spoons. If you're taking out or ordering for a delivery, then you're good! But if you're dining in, just know you're about to eat a good food, but don't wait to be served! You have to do everything yourself lol ? Also, the place isn't that big. So if there's more than 5 of you guys, take your food and go find you a nice place outside and enjoy the view.

Absolutely loved the food and really recommend this place for vegetarians. I tried the mezze platter, shakshuka, the hand kneaded bread and some extra falafel. Everything was very good. The platter has a bunch of items like hummus baba ghanoush etc and two crisp falafels and is a must have. The hand kneaded bread is definitely worth getting instead of the ordinary pita that comes with the mains. Shakshuka was also great, especially with added cheese. The quantity was more than sufficient for two.

Great tasting food. The amount of food you get is also great. The service was okay. If you're in the neighborhood and like middle eastern food, then you should definitely try this place out.

Good food but pretty terrible service. Dinner felt rushed, waters went empty, and we got told to leave just 60min after being seated. We weren’t given a heads up about this before hand and it was an abrupt end to the evening.I get that a place needs to turn tables but we ordered a lot and part of going out is enjoying company, good hospitality, and not feeling like you’re a burden.

Ate outside, wonderful service, wonderful food. They catered my son's wedding reception last May and did a great job
