We have been here for dinner. The reception was friendly but not warm. The order was taken a lttle without emotions. We did order 2x Tom Ga Kai and springrole and duck red curry. The soup and springrole where very good the duck, we would say, very bad. A lot of fat, the curry with glutamat and no real curry. The service mixed up the sequence of meals, forgot the rice but bring the main with the soup. All in all weak service, even the bill was wrong-OMG. Nice location, good starters and a little overpriced for the bad service. We go again for the soup and salad not expecting any warm service.
Very good Thai cuisine with a funky atmosphere! Get a side of the chili sauce to kick up the heat!
Unappetizing bias. It's unfortunate this restaurant treats people of color differently. The restaurant was not even a quarter full, having dinner around 5 p.m., but we were denied for my kid and I, to sit at a table of four to be next to each other, so I can help cut her food. We were told we could only sit at a table for two, across from each other. Okay, so we sat where they put us, no problem. Yet, as we're having dinner, there was a white party of two, who were offered the table for four, followed by another white couple of two too, who got treated better, and were offered the table for four again. When I called it out to the waitress because she physically came to move my kid's chair to scoot her in, so she can sit someone else behind her, she said she was not racist and if we wanted to move now, in the middle of dinner. Then had the nerve to say it was because they were saving the tables for reservations. I was hurt that regardless of how well I dress, how hard I work at exposing my little girl to other cultures and foods, we can't get treated fairly, and I'm the one that has to be measured to not make a scene, and I won't, because my child is watching my reactions and learning from me. I tipped, not for the racist experience from the women that work here, but because as a woman of color, I don't want others to be treated the way we were, I live in the area and I can hold my head up high if I see them in the street again. The food was just not good enough to ever return anymore. This was not a one off here, but it's taught me now for sure, that they don't deserve my money ever again.
Been coming to this place for almost 15 years. Friendly, yummy, and consistent. Good for a friends night out or a date. Great for family too. Recommend the duck curry, basil chicken, pineapple fried rice, pad Thai and ginger steak.
literally nothing better on the planet than good thai food, and this was GREAT thai food!! the pad thai was everything you could ever want or need or hope for, and i would absolutely recommend it. they also have tons of incredible and unique cocktails, including the thai-phoon which was a spiked thai tea.i loved it here! the vibe inside is so cute, the service was fast, and the food was truly incredible and delicious. highly recommend!
Kind and fast service, clean, modern place checking vaccination card. Delicious food. Will go again.
Hadn't been for a couple years since covid limited travel. A great food experience-the Coconut pork was out of this world!! Service is always the best-can't wait to come back.
excellent staff, unique drinks
Based on the reservation availability we thought it would not fill up, and boy were we wrong. Staff seems short staffed especially to handle large groups that seemed to regularly fill the place up. Feedback we’d share with the staff is if there are more than a handful of 4 top tables open and we ask for one and are a party of 2, it’s because we like to eat and not have a crowded table. Unfortunately that’s what set the mood for us and set the stage for everything so ordered less than our typical serving sizes. Over all the food was decent, but not enough to bring us back after we layer on the service.
Just go. Food: I’m not sure what they do to the spring rolls, but they are without a doubt the best spring rolls I’ve tasted. Crunchy, sweet and savory. Untraditionally served with lettuce, sprigs of mint and cilantro, and a delicious sauce I couldn’t help drizzling on the corn cakes. The greens and the vegetables cooked perfectly and not overdone. I recommend the Thai-phoon, a Thai iced tea cocktail with coconut milk that doesn’t taste very alcoholic. Service: Decent. Space: Trendy and spacious. The outside patio is unheated. The restaurant was only 20% full at 7:30, but filled out to about 50% by 8:30 pm.
