The service is very slow especially from the bar. We arrived early for a reservation..there were plenty of open tables. They put us under a staircase next to restrooms. Ugh’. Our server tried however the drinks were very disappointing…not sure what bartender was trying to accomplish. Sent them back. Undrinkable. The apps were ok…the pasta/ lasagna was gummy and sweet. We tried to eat it but it stuck to our teeth. Think it was undercooked. Decide it was a bad night for the kitchen. Told the waiter about our experience and he was very understanding about situation. Decided to go watch the sunset and call it a night. Maybe another night.

Ambiance was good, staff was welcoming. Our server did check in with us here and there but could have been a bit more personable

Our server was very inexperienced. She did her best. Forest, the manager, stopped by to say hello. Nice touch.

I came to the restaurant early to ask if a SURPRISE dessert could be brought to my table after our dinner with birthday candles on it. I provided the candles and told the young lady at the front desk twice it was a SURPRISE. So, much to my chagrin, when we arrived later at the restaurant we were greeted by another person at the desk who said loudly, "I understand it's a BIRTHDAY!" Then when we got to our table, the server said loudly, "I hear it's a BIRTHDAY!!" I was disappointed , but when no dessert and candles appeared, not to mention singing, it was really disappointing. So, I believe your restaurant is not providing the heart and soul you need for good service. Thank you for reading.

Baia is good not great. The pasta is OK but nothing special. Had the arancini, mafaldine, tagliatelle, and rigatoni. Felt the mafaldine sauce was too chunky and sour. Service was super slow.

We went to BAIA for my friend's birthday, and we had a great time! The food and cocktails were great and came out without delay. The breaded Tindle chicken was phenomenal, I'm sure most meat eaters wouldn't know it's vegan.

Always open to trying something new. It our first time at a vegan restaurant. It was a small menu with a good variety. The food was tasty, staff friendly and ambiance good. I will recommend this place again.

I wish I remembered her name (dark blonde, slender, beautiful smile), our waitress was amazing. friendly, informational, kind, patient…. Exceptionally professional service, -with a smile. Pleasure, Thank you!!!

service was a tad slow, knowing we had an event to go to

Our reservation was at 5:00 when they opened. We were the second couple to be seated. There were lots of people working. One hour later and still no meal. Our server never checked on us for that one hour we waited. We finally had to leave at 6:20 because we didn’t want to be late for our show. They bagged our dinner but we had to give it to our Uber driver because we couldn’t take outside food into the theater. What a waste of time and money. I am so surprised to have experienced such terrible customer service at a Matthew Kenney restaurant. So disappointing.
