Cool, quiet, and ideal for dates. Bartenders really know their cocktails.
This bar is so unfriendly. As soon as we walked in they asked us to sit down and not stand up as we were a FIRE hazard.!? This was so weird as the bar was 20% full!!One of the Barman was disinterested and moody. The other head Barman told our group (25 of us from a medical conference group) that we weren't spending enough!! When we left there were 15 people left there! Lol. Never would we go back. Rude and arrogant.
It might not be the most elegant or modern, but it oozes character. It's definitely got that hidden gem, hole in the wall feeling. While it doesn't have the deepest bar, it makes every bottle count, with some real heavy hitters. The prices are great as well. If you find yourself lucky enough, Gabriel will be tending bar. He's super kind and awesome! Ask him about his Toki/oolong highball. It wasn't the most impressive bar, nor the with the best cocktails, but it was the best bar experience I had in SF.
Not my place at all! Dark place with the music loud enough that you can't hear your friends but not loud enough to actually hear the music.Also I would advise you avoid the cocktails and go for wine or beer.
Great bar, friendly staff. Watch out for the bouncer, you need a password to get in (changes regularly) best to save your data plan and look it up at home on Facebook. Good atmosphere and reasonable prices. I recommend for a good time. Definitely going again.
I took my wife here and she asked me for a divorce during our 2nd round. The Pimm’s cup was so refreshing though that I was able to overlook my crumbling failed life. Would definitely go back here. The bartenders are also very well versed in their craft.
I’m a huge fan of cocktail bars that feel like an inside secret, and this place definitely qualifies. Amazing drinks, amazing food, and amazing atmosphere!
Cool cocktail bar after dinner. We came and drank so much! They had a good special drink that my husband loved. I got the old fashioned and it was well made. The bartenders were also nice and fun and even took shots with us. Fun little spot.
Worst cocktail and $16 spent. Smallest martini serving cup and it was purely really bad coffee flavored syrup with no alcohol noted.
Great drinks, solid food. The chicken wings weren't the best, but the nachos, fries, and burgers were amazing.
