Great place to get wings. They get things done in a timely manner, shout out to Margarito this guy is fantastic. He assisted me with an issue I had and had great customer service experience with him. Thanks guys!
Awful, dry, chewy wings. The BBQ and parmesan wings were the worst. We order for pick up and we didn't get our side dishes. Service is bad and wings are worse. Hadn't been there in years and I'm not planning on going back.
Manger won't provide a refund after online order was not delivered by delivery person. Blamed DoorDash and refused to apologize or offer to deliver another order to make up for the order not delivered. Terrible customer service won't be going back.
I placed online order with pick up time listed as 33.minutes after order was placed. When i got there to pick up my food it wasnt ready and was asked to wait outside in freezing cold temp or sit in my car. Guy said it will be 5 mins so decided to wait outside. Saw no one in the restaurant so why not let people wait inside.... the sign reads 4 max capacity but no one was allowed to wait inside. 20 minutes after waiting outside , my food was ready but was disappointed fries were cold and chicken was undercooked. Very disappointing visit!! Give people realistic wait times or have curbside pickup...
The girls are rude especially the older lady in there they need to hire people that have good customer service and better quality control.

I usually do delivery, however; since I was down the street I decided to stop by. Workers were constantly touching their face and scratching themselves. An order that took 22 minutes took over an hour.Overall, it was a complete joke.
These were some pretty good wings. I got some original hot and some mango habanero and they were both good. I definitely recommend the mango habanero. The fries weren’t the best but they were still good and I’d probably still order them again. The price wasn’t too high considering the total was about fourteen dollars for ten wings and some fries. Overall good fast food place. 4/5 Stars
Wingstop is one of my favorite meals to eat and I order from there to treat myself. However I become to frustrated and have loss of appetite by the time I'm able to eat my food due to the stress. This Wingstop location literally NEVER gets my orders right! On SEVERAL OCCASIONS ordering from this location, I have had items missing from the order! I try to avoid ordering from this location due to the horrible lack of attention to order detail and their inability to follow a simple combo order!! But this is the location closest to me and I thought I'd be hopeful and give them a chance tonight.. but unfortunately yet again they did not get it right. I ordered a 6 piece original chicken meal with fries, veggie sticks and ranch. They gave me chicken and a drink. That's it. Maybe it's my fault for not double checking but when the sever is ensuring that everything is in the order I feel like it'd be rude to look lol but regardless if I checked or not the order was still wrong.im not one to leave reviews but I'm so fed up with choosing establishments like this to give money to, all to be given less than what I pay for and then it ends up ruining my night because instead of eating a hot meal I feel compelled to write this google review on the this joke of a restaurant! You charge so much for chicken! Get it right!
Every single time I order from this spot for pick up or delivery they always mess up my order. I understand it gets busy and sometimes they’re short staff so I don’t mind the 2 hour wait but if you’re gonna make me wait that long at least get my order right.
