The burgers are delicious! But it’s really disgusting that the cashier men is handling the money and serving food at the same time without washing hands yikes!!! The other guy was making burgers and cleaning his sweat as well and then he continuing cooking!! No way this people are very dirty and disgusted!! I’m not kidding! Look for yourself.
We were here on a stressful Sunday morning. Part of our group was running late and I appreciated that they let us wait at the table instead of standing around. Lots of noise and bustle. Really good, hot (yes!) cabbage soup, good coffee. Standard fare diner, mostly fine, didn't care for the latkes. Authentic black and white. Fast service.
service is not great, you can barely hear anything in the drive-thru, and for some reason in the 21st century they still only take cash. Maybe that's a good thing otherwise I would be going all the time because their food is delicious and makes up for all the negative. Chili cheese fries are number one in my book!
I've been going here since I was a very young child and it still looks exactly the same and the food has never changed , I LOVE their Chili Cheese Fries !
Love the Chilli cheese fries a bit pricey but worth it I always get a cheese burger because they are big and my Chilli cheese fries

Terrible service. Older light skinned short Latino owner is very rued. And he never repeats orders. Every time I (went) there it’s was always terrible service. And I don’t understand why the IRS Don’t shut down joints like this place. All they accept is cash. It’s very obvious they are doing their best to pay as minimal taxes or pay no taxes at all. Taking cash is a good way to hide their yearly revenue when they report taxes at the end of the year, that’s if they even repot any taxes. RUDE!!
Pastrami had little meat n so salty. I like salt but this is loaded with salt. Chili cheese fries good n cheese burgers good. Cost is over priced. Should of gone 2 IN & OUT. Best food n good prices.
Been coming here for years. Still fresh good food and same friendly staff. Hope they add credit and debit service payment in the near future. Keep up the great job guys.
Usually busy. Moderately pricey when comparing the portion sizes. The portions are small when compared to other places, one in particular in Pacoima which is still the best place around for more bang for your buck.
