6/17/22I had a terrible experience this morning. I get my coffee everyday, most of the time at this location. I order the same thing day in and day out. Today I was told that my order is a specialty order because I asked for steamed half and half. Therefore, I needed to pay more. I politely ask why. Also, mentioned that other Starbucks location have no issues adding a splash of steamed half and half. However, she was rude and impolite! Her response was, “well this store do.”Due to this unpleasant experience, I have decided to find other alternatives to get my morning caffeine!!!
Okay customer service was just okay but they refused to customize my drink to my liking and said I can only get a grande water cup when I ask for a venti and every other Starbucks does it with no hesitation.
They have been great at not messing up my drink orders.
They don’t customize and are very stingy with everything . As a former starbucks barista I am disappointed in this starbucks.
I was first in line ,I did my order like everybody else , and the next five on the line got their orders first than me , I had an appt so I had to go to it, then went I came back I waited another 20 minutes for it , I just got my refund because I couldn’t wait any longer this is just unacceptable… total of my wait 30 minutes !!! This is crazy ! For a coffee !
Stopped by here to get a frap and few other drinks. Was very disappointed the cashier said this location doesn't do blends and ran out of lemonade for the Dragon fruit drink. It was a disappointment..
Typical Starbucks experience. If they had a chance to move to a larger location it would help the drive through. Walk in traffic was steady. Today I was witness to a kind jesters from a Barista bringing coffee out to a elderly regular. It was heart warming to see that our Baristas are here to serve and if given the opportunity they are faces we see everyday that make our days start a little brighter.
My beverage is usually the same at most locations. This place was really busy on a Saturday around 10am. Even though they were busy, they managed to get my drinks out really quickly. I always go inside and avoid the extremely long lines
Wow- total chaos. They lack good leadership. Alot of workers but everyone running around like chickens w their heads cut off. They need a better system.
If you do mobile order on your phone factor in that it takes them a minimum of 25 minutes to make your order. This location takes forever on every order even if it’s a single cold coffee order. It seems like they are very unorganized. Try going to another location before coming here. This is ultimate last resort if you have to have coffee on that day and can’t go anywhere else.
