The 24hr drive thru is pretty cool if you hate the long line at the Jack n the Box or McDonald's by this spot. Other than that the food is OK, not the greatest. I think the price is a bit too high for the small tortas and tacos they sell but if you are hungry what can you do. The people who have reviewed this place are pretty much on the mark, not everything is going to be super awesome but as for the tacos, nachos, burritos they are nice. This place used to he so much better 3 yrs ago, not sure what happened.
Horrible and I mean horrible service. The lady who takes the order is so rude and just comes off like you are bugging her for even wanting to eat here. Food is definitely not up to par for the area
Worst food ever not only was the salsa like ketchup but there pozole smelled bad and super oily not to mention customer service thumbs down ???? never again
My husband and I stopped here by chance in hopes that the food was good. We ordered the tacos and nachos. It was absolutely delicious. If I was not so full I would try something else. My husband and I are passing through this area and if we ever come back we would stop at this restaurant for sure.
Enchiladas were gross. Folded like a taco ? with barely any sauce and cold not melted cheese. Disgusting!!!
Muy mal servicio al cliente. Bad customer service. They gave me my order wrong. When i brought to their attention. The rude disrespectful lady gave me attitude saying they weren't going to exchange it for the right order. This is definitely not acceptable. They could've done things right by making a new burrito the way i wanted which was no onions. If owner can read this. Your workers need to be trained in customer service. How things are these days you don't know how difficult it is for some of us to try to get a quick bite and come to a place where our service is not respected. Customer service is very much needed at this place
Bad customer service. Payed for food not done the way I wanted. Plus lady acts like we have to pay for her to have a little good customer service. I would rate 0000000 stars. That's what this restaurant deserves. So disappointing
The lady in the counter is not really friendlyI’d ask for a burrito de asada no cebolla, no cilantro and this is the 3rd time she did it …And she got mad saying you were on the phone blah blah blah that’s why your order is like that,N I’m like I said no cebolla, No cilantro please but didn’t care and she couldn’t exchange it so I just wasted my money old lady …
Love the staff great food at times fast. Restroom clean and when asked. Parking available also drive threw there is a wide menu board with a box on the bottom attached. Speck there I passed it went to the pay window/2nd window my bad but they did help me with kindness. I keep going back tell there is a bad apple for now we good.I give it a 8.9
Good food, but why do they have signs everywhere about wearing mask, when they (workers) have a man in the kitchen area with no mask? Told the lady at register she said he's in the back. He was all over the cooking area. So no one needs to wear a mask. I can't risk going back.
